Ordered a flower and balloon arrangement for next day delivery for my daughter's birthday. The only positive out of this transaction is that the arrangement was actually delivered by 10am the next day. But that shouldn't be surprising since the arrangement was so pathetic it was probably thrown together in less than 5 minutes!!!!! Follow up: contacted customer service and they're as bad as the florists they use. All they did was transfer me from agent to agent, and kept giving me the delivery status of an order I clearly stated had been delivered and had quality issues! I ordered flowers online for a friend's birthday. The order went through at 7:00am and my credit card was charged. They called me a couple of hours later stating that the florist could not fulfill the order. I could barely understand the person on the phone due to his very heavy accent. Extremely frustrating! He said they could deliver the next day but not same day. So if 7 AM was too late to order flowers, why did the order go through? I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money. This morning I got an email that the flowers were delivered. Lilies. I did not order lilies. Thankfully, I called another local florist personally and they delivered a beautiful bouquet. I would give them a 0 if I could!!! I ordered Flowers on February 3,2021 to be delivered on February 12th, 2021, to my husband at his job in Camp Hill at a warehouse! I have specific instructions because there are 3 other warehouses that surround his warehouse! Well first of all the delivery driver delivers them a day early and leaves the sitting in the snow outside "a warehouse " is what we were told! Needless to say he never received them! So they offered to re-deliver them! So the delivery was scheduled for the very next day which was the 12th! Again the delivery driver left them in the snow outside some warehouse again my husband did not receive them! So for the third time they re-deliver them the next Tuesday, February 16 and this time he got them but by that time I was infuriated all I wanted was my money returned and never to deal with these people again! I had already called them about five times and they told me they had refunded my money blah blah blah! When indeed they had not. So I had to open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order to get everything refunded. I do not recommend this company to anyone! read more

If I could have given them a zero I would have. Ordered an arrangement for a funeral. I get a call from some guy, I am guessing from a call service in India. I could only understand maybe every other word out of his mouth. Apparently they could not deliver them on time. They'd be happy to deliver them 3 days later. Great, so flowers show up after the person is in the ground. To make matters even better, it took so long for them to get me this information, there is no way to even call a local florist to get something delivered in time. We live n Virginia and wanted to send multiple chocolate covered strawberry arrangements to family members in PA. On 27 April, we spent about 2.5 on the phone with Sherrie's Berries, a subsidiary of 1-800 Flowers. To complete this call, we had to complete multiple calls backs and extended periods of time on hold. The personnel trying to write the order had very limited expertise with the English language. This required multiple explanations of the the provider's products by us to the provider. after more than 2.5 hours, we completed the order of 8 strawberry arrangements. On the date of delivery, one of the orders could not be delivered due to an issue with the address. We understood this, but to get a confirmation from Sherrie's Berries was impossible. On three calls to complain, we were [placed on hold for at least 60 minutes. They promised call backs multiple times, none of which were ever completed. Given that this was Mother's Day, we tried to follow up two days later, with absolutely no lock. The message you receive when they answer the phone refers you to a web site for customer support which is not functional. Sherrie's Berries is overpriced and their customer support is nonexistent. Recommend never using this organization. read more

I ordered flowers from 1-800-flowers for a funeral for my great grandchild that was still born. I attended the funeral and there were no baskets that resembled the flowers that I ordered on line, and there was no basket with the card with my name. I don't 100% believe that they were delivered even tho I was assured they were delivered. I know what I ordered and I know it was not there. They phoned and offered to re-deliver the flowers, but that is not an option since the funeral was yesterday. I will never ever trust this site with another order. read more
