They were smartly uniformed, super polite, fast, professional and navigated the apartment complex with the couches carefully and quietly. They included a tip but only at my discretion and did not demand one and it went on the bill. These two young men should go on TV as the face of the company. They were that good. I set up an appointment for pickup of one item very early this morning for between 9 and 11:30 am. I received a text indicating that they would not show up until closer to 11:30. Then, I received text that they were running 30 - 45 minutes late. I then received an email that they had rescheduled the pickup for between 1:00 and 3:00. At 2:00, I cancelled the pickup. I wasted my whole morning and afternoon waiting for them to pick up one item. Never again will I ever call them. Their ad indicated "we will be there before you hang up the phone. I called them 3 times and every time I hung up, they were not at my door. I had a reason for an early appointment. BIG FAILURE!!!!! read more

I start this review off with a couple of considerations. This service is about getting items removed very quickly (same day appointments can be had) and efficiently. The downside is that you will pay a premium for that service. Moreover, you won't know what the price is until they arrive and they personally see what has to be removed. I chose to book an early appointment and they showed up on time. They have a rate chart and describe exactly what the fee is (The sliding rate schedule is based on how much junk will fill the truck). Now at this point you always have the option to decline and show them the door...no charge at all. However, I wanted my stuff gone pronto. The two guys who showed up were professional and friendly. Worth mentioning is that any items still serviceable will be donated to a local charity (which was true in my case). I had a very clean and only slightly used reclining sofa and reclining recliner. I paid $513 for both items to be hauled away. Some will consider that expensive but again, this service is about getting junk removed quickly and efficiently. Overall, even though I paid a steep price I think it was worth it. read more

PROS: The guys were on time and mostly professional. Also great communicating their ETA on pick-up day. That's where the positives end. CONS: First, there is a reason they don't post their pricing list on their own website. They wait until pick-up day to perform a "walk through" estimate. Then throw their outrageous prices at you in hopes that you're desperate to get the items removed, so you'll accept their scam prices. Granted, they did work with my budget, but it was at the higher end of my budget. The bigger issue though, is when you tell them their prices are too high, they then say they'll try to work within your budget, but then also try to guilt trip you into spending more by saying things like "we (the movers) work for tips..." Look, I'm all for workers being paid a decent wage, but in an industry like this, it's not up to the customer to pay movers directly through tips. Plus, tips should NEVER be mentioned to a customer as a way to circumvent your scam pricing. Additionally, before they even moved the items out, the lead employee was pressuring me to leave a review. To me, reviews and tips aren't something an employee should be mentioning to a customer. These are things a customer does of their own free will, IF THEY CHOOSE TO. So, while they did do a few things right, at the end of the day, I do not recommend this company. For what I paid (which, mind you, was still significantly less than what they first asked for), I could have rented a pickup and grabbed a couple of friends/relatives to move out these items and it would have been free to offload them at the city dump. I know they did their job but what they are charging you to dispose 1 wheelbarrow is overpriced and like a scam. On the site it said starting price is $75 for 1 item. When the crew get here, they are asking for $198+tax. I accepted because I needed it gone. Never use them again and they even told me the item doesn't even takes up 1/8 of the truck space and they said they know nothing about the website. I showed up for the assigned time on the date I requested. I received a follow-up text confirming the set date and time ahead one day before. I received a text the day of the scheduled appointment confirming the time again. I received a text 40 minutes before the end of the assigned time slot. NO SHOW. NO CALL. NO FOLLOW UP. I then called to confirm knowing sometimes things take a bit longer. Waited another 30 minutes and I left the property. I then received a call over 30 minutes after the end of the assigned time stating the appointment was not scheduled on the route until a few minutes before I got the confirmed call from the route driver. 100% B*ll S*it!!! 1-800-GOT BUSINESS? A neighbor had them out this weekend. They damaged a vehicle and did not report it- tried to wipe the car on video. Parked in the flower beds and damaged the sprinkler system. They also left trash and glass all over the walkway and property driveway and several neighbors have dogs they walk in this area. Didn't return phone calls, then the next morning a different technician called, said he was on the way, and then called back to tell me my order had been cancelled and refused to explain why. He also lied to me, when asked, and told me his name was the other tech's name to try to shift blame I presume? Very weird and evasive. In fairness to this company, I should add a bit to my previous review posted earlier today. The company's first two trucks arrived on time, 9AM, as agreed. I had warned them my sister had a lot of stuff, including a lot of junk. The workers saw it, gave me a quote, which I thought was high; but they agreed to start work right away. Within another hour, they had called two more trucks which arrived almost immediately. They had finished clearing out a LARGE amount of stuff by 2:30 PM. It took 3 1/2 truckloads, part of the reason my total bill was expensive. Made a huge mistake and wasted hours dealing with these guys. On the first day, they showed up to the wrong address and, once arriving at the correct, address they tell me they need to dump the truck and will be back in 25 minutes. Never hear from them again. Anyway, thinking mistakes can happen, i reschedule for next day. We initially schedule for a time frame between 12-2 for arrival. I get a text around 1, saying that, more than likely, it'll the arrival will be around 1:30. Well, the time comes--and no one arrives. What's more there's no phone call. Around 3text to find out what's going on? Told that a truck has been dispatched and that the driver will call me giving me ETA. Well, it's around four, and I haven't heard from anyone. Eventually a driver does call and say they'll be there in 45 minutes. At this point, I'm done messing around these folks and cancel. This company is horrible and show little to no concern for meeting their promises to the customer regarding appointment times. In addition, when I texted a number to formally complain, I was told (in text): "My apologies sir. I just work her man." The text went on to say: "I don't have enough employees to accurately get to time windos all day. Only 2 teams running around the whole metroplex." Again, these folks are horrible. I wish I had read reviews here before trying to hire them. I had an appointment on Monday 12pm-2pm was my window and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes out l. I never received a call so I called in to find out when they would be arriving. The man on the phone was polite but gave me reasons why they were late, trucks broken down, running behind but that they would be there. When the truck didn't show again, I tried calling the number back that the man called me from and it just rang, no answer. I called the 800 number and asked and they said he would call me back. It was an absolute fiasco! We asked them to come out to remove a fire safe 2 drawer lateral file, approximately 300 pounds and to remove a laboratory refrigerator approximately 100 pounds. They came out with no equipment to move heavy items. Even though they were told the weight and size of these items prior to their arrival. They borrowed a dolly from us without my knowledge, and proceeded to put the heavy items on this dolly, causing both wheels to go flat. Then they attempted to roll from one end to the other the fire safe file down a long hallway. Why on earth, would a moving company arrive with employees without any proper equipment to move heavy items and why would they attempt to roll a 300 pound item from side to bottom to side to top to move it. They, in fact, damaged the railing of the file drawers, so it could not be used in the future. We might as well have taken the items to the dump. Would not pay these people again to come into our office for anything for pick up. read more

My daughter called last week to remove just a couple items and they quoted her $79. I called for the same pickup and my apt was confirmed by e-mail for 4-6, I drove 1.5 hours away with my 1 yr old grandson and at 5 they called and said they would not be there until 7 or 7:30. Well, obviously I could not wait in an empty house with an infant and an 1.5 drive home with him in the dark. so, we agreed it was acceptable to move the 80 gallon fish tank, by myself, out of the garage to the drive with a tv and mirror. Then I could leave and they would call me when they got there for payment. I had a FRIDAY47 code applied as well. That's all I had to be picked up. Well, at 8 pm no one called and I called customer service and she said they are 5 minutes away. Well, I didn't get a call until 9:15 p.m. and Mario stated they were there and he gave me all kinds of figures and then said nonchalantly, like it was no big deal, that will be 688 for today. Excuse me, $688.00 hundred for 3 items? Yes, that is correct, how would you like to pay for that today. then said are the bumpers on the side of the house also going? Why are you going behind the gate, you were not instructed to be permitted anywhere else on he property? I said my daughter was quoted $79.00, how did this get so inflated, like it's late and I would just say oh ok I'll pay that amount and give you my credit card. ARE YOU NUTS....I sent them away. Received a call from the crew that they were running late and had 2 jobs to complete before they could get to me. It was about 1:30 before they showed up. The crew was efficient, but they had to call another truck out as they said they could not fit all my stuff unto one truck. Long story short... our junk is gone, and we will recover the cost by not having to pay future storage fees. I had to dock them a couple of stars for not hitting the appointment window.
