The quote changes 36 hours prior to the agreed meeting day and time due to the price of gas and material. In terms of the service of cleaning my pool , all I really needed was a good vacuuming as mine was not doing the job and some skimming to get rid of some of the top water gunk that was floating around. He did tell me to run my filter for 24 hours to get rid of it but that felt kind of annoying give that I paid to have the service done of cleaning my pool to use it asap. Overall Kyle was professional but the service quality was not to my liking. He also said it was "not bad" .He was also an hour late to our agreed time but he did update me on this. Given that I had to borrow my neighbors vacuum and skin for an hour after his departure I would not recommend this service. See pictures below .

We called Junk Hammers and as I tried to explain the situation, Frank reassured me that it was nothing they hadn't seen before and they could even come out that same day while we were in the area to give us an estimate. The other Frank was on time for our given appointment window, very thorough, took pictures and reassured us that again, this was no problem at all and they have seen worse. He told me we'd receive an estimate by email later today, and it was in my inbox within an hour of leaving our appointment. The estimate was very fair and we were relieved that this was a service we could afford. We asked if they had availability this week and they were able to accommodate our request for a day we were able to come back into the area since we aren't local. The night before the clean out Frank called me to confirm and they were on time the morning of the clean out as well. Their communication was top notch through the entire process. We let the team know that the only thing we wanted them to save for us was coins if they found them. They called us about halfway through the job so they could give us a box they found. The honesty was truly appreciated as we never would have know if they didn't call. Our kids have a coin collection so they were beyond excited to sort the coins the team found. Start to finish this was an amazing experience and the service is absolutely 5 stars.
