Well, this makes for a great review. Last week, busiest time of year with the holidays, the folks from Tucson West Got Junk came and picked up an enormous load of boxes and furniture as we were moving our elderly parents into our new home. Much to our chagrin, hours after they pulled away, we realized we had thrown out one of 90 year old grandma's suitcases full of medication. That's right. After an immediate email to their office, I received a text from the owner saying he'd put the guys on the search for it immediately. Within an hour a photo of the missing bag appeared. Tears of joy on this end. It gets better. John then proceeded to tell us he would be out and about and happy to drop it by to the house. His son ran up the drive to us and returned the case full of meds. Enough said. Who wouldn't want to hire this company? Outstanding Service! I received both a courtesy call to go over details one day prior to my scheduled appointment and another phone call from the movers prior to the appointment. The movers arrived ahead of schedule, were extremely polite, very helpful in going over cost details, moving details, and even offered advice to help minimize cost. During the pickup, the movers were very careful and respectful of surroundings so as to ensure no damage to any of my other household items. As for the price--what a great deal indeed! When you add the cost to rent a vehicle or even to arrange for a city pick-up, the labor to move the items to a vehicle or to a pick-up point versus the cost of calling 1-800-Got-Junk?, the answer is easy...1-800-Got-Junk! Top friendly service, zero labor on my part, and all the stuff that I've been "meaning to get rid of" is now gone at a very reasonable price! Pros: Great service, accurate assessment of my items to be removed. The price was far. The movers were extremely fast. I may call them again to clean out another project for me. I'm very happy with the services I received. Cons: None! I had a ton of stuff to be removed and the staff made me feel like I didn't have much at all. Very professional and at the same time very pleasant. Clean cut and polite - what more could anybody ask for? We used them again to haul away old kitchen cabinets and again very fast and efficient. Hauled away old mattress and box spring. Half the price of Waste Management curbside pickup. New mattress delivery was supposed to take old one away but wouldn't because they were stained.
