Absolutely zero complaints. We moved a three bedroom apartment with a loft and upstairs bedroom into a two bedroom. We downsized from a house when we moved back to Tucson, and I dreaded every second. The idea of being able to just pack and have it make it to our new place was so nice. It became even nicer when Caden and Zach showed up (I hope I got the names right). They were so respectful, methodical and efficient. Price wise I looked at several companies in the area and their pricing was pretty much the same accross the board but I feel like the quality is something that's hard to match. Eric and Dillion help my, less than considerate, mother in law with her partial move today. It was bid for 6-8 hours. It ended up taking 11 hours and there is still stuff left. The Firemen are way expensive! They were polite, friendly. They didn't sent enough people to do the packing or unloading so they had to work late in the evening (11 pm). The glass in one picture frame was broken; we are missing one picture entirely; we are also missing many of our baking and cooking basics (oil, vinegar, teas, baking powder, etc.); cartons were packed with things from different rooms making it hard to unpack and know where things go; they didn't clean up leftover materials at former residence. The preliminary analysis they did was impressive and that's why we hired them, but they were not a good value overall. read more
