Wish I had used this business before for hems as the service and quality of work is just amazing. Prices range depending on what you are having done but I didn't feel the prices were high. I know you can probably find something cheaper but the workmanship won't be the same. Your item is hung on a hangar and covered with a plastic bag. It takes about a week for items to be done. I needed a dress altered that was the right color but wrong size. He barely looked at it on me and said it was fine. I had to show him how large it was and he said "that's because you're pulling on it" . I'm not convinced he actually did anything to the dress but I paid for the alterations. It was still 3 sizes too big after he "altered" it. At this point it was too late for me to do anything before the event I needed it for so I wore it and felt terrible in it. I get that it's busy season but just don't take the job if you're not willing to actually do it. I was disappointed and won't be back. read more

Took my husbands suit jacket in that our dog got ahold of (oops :)). It needed to have the seam repaired and rebuild the pocket. I took it to them and, after first trying to tell me that I would need to provide the fabric, finally said yes they could repair it and do the pocket. Said it would be $35 and about 4 days which I thought was ok. Well I go back today to pick it up. Not only is there still no pocket but the lining doesn't match and I'm told that I never said to rebuild the pocket and that that would have cost much more which would have been fine if that's what he said. Money was not the issue. Well after him telling me he's not stupid and that I never told him that, I took the jacket and left and wouldn't recommend anyone else try to have things repaired here. Oh and while I was waiting to pickup he was telling another woman that a seam repair could not be done. They obviously have no customer service!! NEVER AGAIN!! read more

The owner was incredibly kind and good at communicating with me. He made sure he pinned my pants correctly so that I would be satisfied. He then informed me that when I returned I would need to pay by cash or check as the credit card machine was down. My pants needed to be taken in and I came back 2 days later and they were done! The seam looked so professional! I had even forgotten my retrieval slip but that was no issue. And it only cost me $18! I will be coming back! read more
