A loose screw that holds the lever in place. He fixed it in 20 seconds. No charge since he feels he wants to help people. The most kind person. Most recently I found a new place, I had to drive to Flagstaff, and they are excellent. I am so happy to have found a new place. Quilters Quarters did not give any consideration to me of the amount of money that I had paid, and the amount of times I had brought the machine in. Every time I called, the answer was the same. The charge is $150. I would definitely find another place if you're just starting to look.
