Alex was the consummate professional. He was polite, considerate of my home, concise, and efficient in removing my damaged water heater & installing a new one in less that 24 hours. Lastly, in good faith the owner reduced my bill to make up for the miscommunication. I respect GA Rooter far more than the big box stores, as they were honest, provided a reasonable resolution, quickly completed my water heater installation, and provided stellar customer service from project start to end. They have different personalities for sure; I can see how some reviewers may prefer someone more affable or another who just gets down to business. I am happy to have all three. They are much less expensive than the big guys and I they've never tried to sell me something I don't need. They also have taken the time to educate me a little on the way my plumbing works. For some reason using the word "frustrating" apparently was not seen as polite and I was labeled rude. I tried to explain my view point but was prompted to cancel my appointment. I really wouldn't recommend using this business because it's quite unprofessional the response I received, and I also find it alarming that a customer can't voice a viewpoint. I think businesses should be open to feedback and work with clients to reach a solution or at least acknowledge the viewpoint especially if it is factual. My main concern with this business is I can't imagine needing to solution with them if something goes wrong on the job site. The team feels inflexible, insensitive, and unprofessional. There are a million and one service agents in Atlanta, I'd keep searching and not utilize this team. Customers deserve to have a professional communication dialogue.

Two different phone numbers. We had some plumbing issues and one issue was with a sink that they said the only way to fix it is to completely replace the sink for a slow drain. We also had issues with some back up. I hired another company and they were able to fix it through snaking. I did not hire another company until I was told that I may be better off just working with someone else. They told me that after I made one little complaint that I did not receive a text back from them after 24 hours. They already worked on our place and over 24 hours passed and I was just trying to get a resolution on our sink. They told us we needed to replace the sink to fix the problem, but it turns out when we hired a new company, It was snaking that worked - and I only hired a new company because this company told me we might be better off just choosing a different company because I made one little complaint about them not responding to me after 24 hours. They did not resolve my issues. Do not pay by Zelle because then you can't get your money back. Be very careful with this company. If they can't fix it, they tell you to find another company And then don't resolve the issue. If I am such a horrible customer, just because I was expecting to hear from them I had already paid them and wanted the issue resolved. One more thing when I asked if I could turn the sink back on, they said yes and the kitchen got flooded and they didn't respond to me. Still trying to get some reimbursement.
