Even tho the temp is currently ~42° they both insisted on removing their shoes before entering. At 2:30 they were done and the work area was 100% clean as if they had not even been there. I had an exceptional experience with Alliance Plumbing and Drain. I called them out of the blue after my expansion tank ruptured and water started leaking. Dimitri was extremely professional over the phone, patiently walking me through all my concerns. He even asked me to send pictures of the issue, as well as the serial numbers of the water heater and expansion tank, to help expedite the process. I was quoted what I believe was a fair price for an emergency situation, which included replacing the water heater, expansion tank, and shut-off valve. Impressively, Dimitri managed to send three technicians--Vitaliy, Igor, and Dorel--to my house within 30 minutes, and they already had everything they needed in their van. We had Alliance come out to - replace a toilet - replace pedestal sink with vanity/sink - replace water heater They sent 2 guys to do the job. They were Nick and Nick. They were courteous and professional. I usually ask a lot of questions about the job. They communicated clearly on what they were going to do and how much it was going to be. I thought the prices are very fair. They were also fast. I scheduled the service and they came out the next day and did all 3 jobs. I was surprised how fast they were. One of the job included removing an old pedestal sink and replace with a vanity I bought from Lowes. The sink in the vanity had a flaw and wouldn't give a good seal to the drain pipe. But they were able to solve that problem so I didn't have to return the heavy, cumbersome, already half-installed vanity back to Lowes. All the work looked like it was done in a professional manner. They recommended on replacing old, worn parts with new ones for preventative measures. At the end, they clean up properly and removed all the trash. I liked the communication, service, the speed of the service, and price they provided. I think they're a reputable plumbing company. I will use them in the future for all my other jobs. read more

I call Dimitri the owner direct and he always walks me through my plumbing problems and is up front on diagnosis and job costs. On all jobs hired Alliance did an excellent job. I have finally found our go to plumber! Dimitri and his team are responsive, honest, and full of integrity. Just fantastic. In August, I called them about a leak in our laundry room. After talking about the situation on the phone, Dimitri advised that we call an appliance repair company as it was probably not a plumbing issue. He was right! In March, we had noticed our water bill had skyrocketed. I called Dimitri and he responded immediately. Had his guys out the next day. It was a leak between the water meter and the house. Had them come out for a clogged kitchen sink. I had tried all the usual remedies like drano, baking soda/vinegar, hot water but no luck. Put in a request Monday evening and got a call Tuesday morning from Vitaly. He told me that he could perform the service that same afternoon and quoted me a price for snaking the line which I totally understood would be needed. He called me to let me know that his techs were on the way. They were professional and got to work rightaway. I believe the snake went almost all the way outside the house. So hopefully we don't have any issue for the foreseeable future. Recommended that we use a particular product which would prevent grease buildup in our pipes. I called Alliance and two other companies everyone has heard of. Dmitriy at Alliance got back to me right away regarding the water leak we were experiencing and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. We traced the issue to my hot water heater and two photos later had agreed on a price. Over the next 2 days we received 2 other quotes and paid one $59 service fee to a "Pink" company that made no mention of any fee before the visit. The pricing was all higher than Alliance for the same solution. Our decision was made. Vitaliy and crew arrived promptly and provided a top notch install. Alliance also installed a Flo device which allows remote monitoring and water shutoff via an app on my phone. Very cool and highly recommended!! These guys have a great story, are local and will not disappoint. Also, pay the extra $700 for the Flo by Moen. Totally worth it!! The guys who came out were very professional and did a great job.
