Ripe off company for sure!…read more We have been in a nightmare since having All About Septic & Plumbing pump our tank and repair our leach/drain field back in Sep 2016, with a 5-year warranty, supposedly. Just 5 months later, we have septic drainage coming up in the yard at the side of the tank. We asked them to come out and look/pump/fix and they came out after 3 days, didn't look at the tank/backyard at all, but some tool in white shoes/sneakers went around the inside of the house and said our toilets were leaking. What a load of BS, if toilets were leaking they would be refilling which was not the case, in fact all three toilets in the house are now brand new high efficiency dual flush models. Before replacing the last two toilets we tested all three for leaks and there were zero leaks! My poor wife, who is a heart transplant patient, chased this company for over a week, being told the "ground is wet", "you have leaking toilets". Finally, we had enough of them not doing anything and had All Good Septic come out and at least pump the tank, which they found full and with 2+ feet of solid! Obviously All About Septic & Plumbing did not even fully pump the tank back in Sept when they supposedly also fixed our leach/drain field! Based on the original county permit drawings we believe All About Septic & Plumbing cut out part of our leach/drain field and made the situation worse than before they did any work! I am having a level 3 soil test done tomorrow, so I can get a permit from the county to redo the leach/drain field lines by a company with morals and integrity. I will be going to my lawyer tomorrow to discuss legal action against All About Septic & Plumbing!

This is a project that requires no more than a 3 feet dig and then they spray off the filter with a hose, replace the lid, and cover it up. Then, I was told that I would owe an additional $75 because my tank was bigger than they originally quoted. I felt very nickel and dimed. All of these extra cost should have been presented up front because obviously if you have a filter it needs to be cleaned at the same time. I feel very misled and like I was just told a 'good' price so they could make their money. A quoted $295 job turned out to be a $545 job. I talked with the owner who knocked off some of the price, but you shouldn't have to go to that extent in order to get honest work. I would certainly not use them again!
