They came out to quote at no charge (which is good b/c a lot of companies like to charge just to come look at the issue) and their plumber, Jack H., was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Upon assessing the disposal, he recommended we replace the unit since it was leaking from the bottom of the unit, advising that they typically last 5-7 years and we've had ours for 10 years. Jack H. quoted me a competitive price and offered a 1-year warranty on the work, so I cancelled the other 2 appointments and let him do the job. He worked diligently and was very personable. Jack H. made sure everything was put together correctly with the new unit, made sure the pipes he loosened were tightened back up and he tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. He even showed me what I needed to do to unclog the unit should it get clogged. Everything seems to be working normally and I feel confident that should an issue arise regarding the disposal within the 1-year warranty period, Royal Flush will send Jack H. back out to handle it immediately. Based on our two experiences with Royal Flush, we would use them again!
