I've waited five days for this review for two reasons. One, outstanding customer support by Jeremy who identified an area on my 2012 Charger windshield that might not set right due to the factory printed dots around the review mirror. If I didn't like the look after the tint settled, he offered to work something out at a reduced price. The issue had nothing to do with the quality of installation of the film. 2, I wanted to see that the minor film bubbles settled as I was informed they would after a couple days. They did, and now I have looked at every inch of the tent and it is flawless. If you want your windows professionally tinted at a more than reasonable price, this is the business you need to go to. The results will impress anyone who is waiting for the finished product. I don't know about other tint businesses in Huntsville, but this place will be the business I recommend to anyone that wants their windows tinted. read more

I've always brought my new cars to 1 Day to get the windows tinted. I'm it may take a little longer or it might cost a few bucks more but they do the best job. I've tried 2 other places and no one can match the quality tint job 1 Day does. My newest car has tiny little windows on the side of the dash near the side view mirrors and I didn't expect them to be able to tint them, but they did, perfectly! The staff is friendly and takes the time to explain the different kinds of tint. We usually drop our car off, go run some errands and pick it up later. read more

I have had 2 cars done here. Their prices are reasonable considering the quality of the work is very good in my opinion. The clear bra material is extremely thin. I had an old car done and the film was thicker,I would guess this is why the price was lower here. Regardless they did a good job putting it on. My only gripe is that they treat you like a production shop. The guy at the counter wants to rush you in and take your money. Be sure to slow them down and explain to them EXACTLY what you want. Take them out to your car and show them. He put the wrong percentage on my cars front tint strip. So I had to come back and he apparently put a second layer on it. It's not 5% like he said it would come out to. There is significant difference in both cars they did. In the end, they do good work for the price and I'll most likely be back again. read more

Excellent customer service. I thought it was going to be at least 24hrs before my tint was done but they completed it less than 2hrs. Quick turn around! Good tint job, but terrible customer service. Dropped my truck off at 8, the guy didn't show up until 8:10 to open the shop. After opening the doors, he took 8 phone calls before he even acknowledged I was even there. I asked him when it would be finished and he told me between 3-4, but he would call me. Well I called him back at 4 and he said it would be ready about 4:20. Then i showed up at 4:15, and they didn't finish until 5:30. Every time I talked to them, it was like they didn't even care I was a customer. I was the first to drop my truck off that morning, but they were working on other vehicles while mine just sat there. Its pretty obvious that they don't care about the customers and just want to rush you through paying them while they take their time, put you on the back burner, and give you misinformation. If I had to do it again, I would go somewhere else that offered the ceramic tint and were more professional. read more
