From start to finish, Jeremy and the rest of the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to go over various options available and helped me choose the best tint for my car. The installation process was efficient and seamless, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I wanted a 12 volt air system with compressor, train horns and air tank installed on my tuck. It was more than a simple install due to how I wanted the components mounted. Brackets would need to be fabricated and welding would likely be needed to attach the brackets to the truck. Rather than just telling me what I would have liked to hear and 12 Volt Techs taking on work beyond the scope of what they were set up to handle, I was told honestly that they could not do the install putting the components where I wanted them. That honesty, in retrospect especially, is hugely appreciated. I went to a competitor who promised a professional quality installation. He lied. It was a disaster! I had to have the entire system removed and installed correctly. One automotive shop correctly installed the components and another shop subsequently wired everything up properly. Although I cannot attest to the work quality of 12 Volt Techs, I will vouch for their putting honesty before profit.

That's problematic since their website says nothing about that and directs visitors to an online booking page that lets you submit all your details and then tells you someone will reach out to you. In the course of trying to set up the appointment over the phone I was asked to repeat myself about 10 times before I just gave up and hung up the phone. Not sure if the guy on the phone was busy doing something else or just had headphones in or what. Anyway, found another service locally that I was able to book with online within about 60 seconds of getting to their website. Couldn't speak to how well they clean cars, but it if it's anything like how the book appointments I'd assume you're going to be disappointed with that as well.

I've been driving a fishbowl for a little over a year but never could find anywhere that was worth my time. Not only did my expectations get blown away at Xtreme tint but they did a phenomenal job in quick time! They held my car for a day and a half and wasted my time with three trips just to deliver a job that was embarrassingly bad. For $800 I expected professional work and got amateur trash. The tint was covered in huge bubbles, they hand-cut ugly jagged circles around plastic parts, the windshield tint was crooked, and there was a hair stuck under the film. Every inch of their work screamed incompetence. When I complained Alex, the owner's son, had the audacity to call it flawless. I had to force them to remove it all so I could take it somewhere that actually knows what they are doing. I could have done a better job with my eyes closed. Due to a tragic accident (mowing the lawn, hit a rock, busted out a quarter panel in our Tahoe), I researched a few company's and ultimately chose A Plus due to the reviews. I am so glad I did. The technicians who came out did a phenomenal job getting all of the broken glass out of the frame and the inside. They took less than an hour and they were so professional. If we ever have anymore accidents I will definitely return back. Also since our deductible on insurance is too high, we paid out of pocket. It was $225.00 for everything including taxes and fees which is cheaper than any where in the area including Safelite. If you need glass to be replaced definitely check with this local business! You won't regret it!
