Two ladies were upfront, one therapist and a front desk worker. They had no therapist available at the time and this was approx. 2pm. I told them I would continue to look for a place who could get me in immediately as my back was killing me. The front desk worker said, well we have a 5:20 pm spot. She said well do you want to book it just in case. I said sure. She said "we ask for a credit card on file, just in case you are a no show, we charge you". I said that make sense. I left and the next place I stopped said they could get me in immediately. I wrote the Xpress location in Keller right away to cancel. I received a response that said the appointment had been cancelled. Two days later I see a charge for over 50 dollars. I called the credit card company that I used, who refunded the money immediately because I have the cancellation text. I then called the facility who said that this is common practice, and their policy is that if you cancel or NO SHOW, you will be charged. Can you imagine this with any other service? I would like dinner at a nice restaurant but then you cancelled it and get charged for what you would have eaten. Or how about a car. I was going to buy a car but changed my mind and they still charged you for the car you should have bought, so that the salesman makes money. This is insanity and I will never be back to this location every again! I would caution you as well. This policy was never conveyed to me and the girl I spoke with on the phone said "oh she probably forgot". Umm yea because why would I ever agree to pay for a probable service? Horrible business. Update: the manager of this business wrote me and said yes we have evidence that our staff didn't advise you of the policy and that he would try to help me get my refund "even though my cc has already refunded the money", but when he saw this review he sent me a text at 11pm at night. "I saw your rediculous review on Yelp. I had told our system not to fight it because it was an honest mistake. But your lies on Yelp are stupidity. You never once on the video said you were going to look for another location for a faster massage. I will upload the video and audio to Yelp to show this. I was ok with eating the 30 dollar chargeback but now I'm going to fight it" These people are not just crooked but obviously have mental issues.

I made my appointment via online and it was a simple process. They had a variety of massages available, but I needed one who could take out all (or most of) the body knots. After an 8 hour flight, I was in dire need of a massage. I selected the Traditional Thai Massage. I knew the intensity to this massage and I was mentally prepared for it. You'll need to complete a questionnaire before your visit. It provided lots of thoughtful background information about your body, what to expect, surgeries, even if you see a chiropractor. It's a quick and simple questionnaire. As I arrived, lots of parking is available in front of the building and in the middle of the lot. Nam Massage isn't difficult to find! I was kindly greeted by the staff and was guided to the room. We walked down the hallway and I noticed the beautiful art. I was told that it came from Thailand. It's a very nice touch. Lina was my therapist. She was absolutely amazing! Don't let the size of these women fool you. They are quite strong and talented in what they do. Lina got most or all of my tightness and stretched my body in all different directions. It reminded me that I need to stretch more often. I choose the 100 minute combination, a 40 min foot massage with foot bath and 60 minutes of body acupressure. It was a little different from massages I have had before, but this was fabulous. With very few words, the masseuse gently turned and pulled my body back to a better place. It was nice not to talk and have someone take great care of me. This was the longest massage I've ever had. In fact, one person did the foot bath and then another person took over for the acupressure. It was too much for one person to do. The prices are very reasonable and so I was able to tip happily. They deserved to be thanked for their hard work. This is a place I want to go to often and support their good work. There is none of the sign up requirements that are at most of the other massage places. You just show up and they give you treatment that you willingly come back for.

I did the foot reflexology massage and OMG was it amazing. They don't just do the feet, they massage other areas like face, arms, etc to relax you. The massage ended with a back massage that was terrific..I was worried with herniated discs that it might hurt, and there were some instances when it did but that's because I've neglected my back and it was tight in knots and sensitive. The minute I stood up, I felt an instant difference in my overall health, and NO PAIN in my back or my feet anymore. The cost was much less than I anticipated for the hour I was there, and I felt welcomed back and like the staff genuinely cared about my health. They know what they are doing, I've been to other places and have never had an experience as pleasant, comfortable, or as peaceful as this visit.
