It was literally the only reason I was there and I repeated it over and over again! Besides the lack of listening skills the service was good and the doctor was very nice and wrote a note for work even though the Covid test was negative since it wasn't the disease I was exposed to. But seriously I wouldn't be so upset if the nurse had just stated they don't test for that and I would have left rather than wait an entire hour to be told. Now it's past the point I could try to squeeze in for a quick appointment with my primary, I still don't know if I have this highly contagious disease, and I have a work event that I have been told I'm not allowed miss with a note that says I don't have Covid. Tldr: nurse will not be truthful about if they can do certain services until the doctor tells you they can't. Doctor is nice.

Be aware of this facility the manager and customer service they appear nice and friendly but they do not know how the system works with these types of things and I don't think they could care either way- It appears no formal degree or education is needed to run these urgent cares so keep your eyes open and try and go anywhere but this facility. thankful the new er hospital opened up three blocks away.

Not Recommended I…read morewent to this urgent care because I suspected I had a broken toe. Before going in, I called to confirm they had an X-ray machine, which they did. They took the X-ray but then told me they did not have someone available to read it and that they would call me with the results. Hours passed and I never received a call. As they were closing, I called the clinic myself and was told that the X-ray showed my toe was not broken and that it was probably a sprain. The pain never went away, so my primary care doctor referred me to a foot specialist at Holy Cross. They took another X-ray and confirmed that the toe was actually fractured. My insurance paid more than $500 for the urgent care visit, and I was later billed a $24 co-pay. I called the clinic to explain that the fracture had been missed and asked if the co-pay could be waived. The office manager told me it "shouldn't be a problem" but said she would call me back. Instead, I later received a call from the operations manager, Camilo, who told me they would not waive the $24. What is most frustrating is not just the missed fracture, but the lack of follow-up communication and unwillingness to work with me on such a small billing issue after the situation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this urgent care.

AAA Urgent Care Visit - A 5-Star Experience with Dr. Celina Costa…read more Date of Visit: August 5, 2026 On August 5, 2026, my husband was dealing with what appeared to be a stomach bug. He had been sick for several days, and although he was staying hydrated, he was barely eating. He started to feel a little better, but after eating some junk food, including chips and cheese doodles, his stomach problems came back. Before long, he was spending most of his time in the bathroom again and was clearly not getting better. I became concerned because he was not eating and his symptoms were continuing. I suggested that he go to an AAA Urgent Care so he could be evaluated by a medical professional. When we arrived at the AAA Urgent Care, we were immediately greeted by Ms. Vanessa at the front desk. She was welcoming and helpful when we checked in. After my husband completed the check-in process, a medical assistant brought him into the back to take his vital signs before the doctor came into the room. They checked his blood pressure, weight, and other vital signs. The medical assistant also asked him several questions about his symptoms and entered the information into his chart. Then we met Dr. Celina Costa, and I have to say, she was a 5-STAR experience! I was impressed by how young she was and, more importantly, by how knowledgeable and confident she was when speaking with us. My husband is 66 years old, and he had several logical questions about what he was experiencing. Dr. Costa took the time to answer every question and explained things in a way that we could understand. What impressed me even more was that she didn't just tell him what to do--she educated him. Dr. Costa gave my husband examples of ways to stay hydrated while dealing with a stomach bug. She also provided us with information about foods he should eat and foods he should avoid while his stomach was recovering. She even recommended some economical over-the-counter items that could help with his symptoms. I appreciated that she considered practical and affordable options instead of making everything complicated. Dr. Costa also had a wonderful personality. She was friendly, energetic, and genuinely seemed happy and excited to help us. She made us feel comfortable throughout the visit, and by the time we left, we were actually happy that we had decided to come to Urgent Care. My husband followed Dr. Costa's suggestions and recommendations, and the next day he felt about 80% better and was trying to get himself back to feeling normal. I want to say THANK YOU, Dr. Celina Costa, for making us feel welcomed, taking the time to answer our questions, and sharing your knowledge with us. Sometimes having a doctor who takes a few extra minutes to explain things can make such a difference. The doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable and, above all, CARING! When I got there, only one other person was is in the lobby. Just a note it's small inside plus they have seating blocked off due to COVID (Which I'm okay with). The staff was nice at the front desk and the paper work wasn't that long. I had another person in front of me , so I had to wait a bit in the exam room. The PA ( I'm saying PA cause usually doctors say that they are a doctor when they walk in, if she's a doctor I really do apologize ) asked me what brought me here and actually listened to what I had to say. She told me what she thought was wrong and ordered some X-rays. Additionally, she added an X-ray to see if what I thought happened was going on as well. Got the X-rays done and what she said was the right thing and she took her time out to explain why. Gave me a shot and I was on my way home. I feel like their online appointment app shouldn't schedule appointments when they are really busy. The waiting room was quite cold and I found the chairs uncomfortable....probably because I was achy. Once I was called the staff was very kind and helpful.  They took my vitals, ran a few tests and called in some prescriptions for me. The process was fast once I was called back. I actually started feeling better by evening. I will definitely continue to choose this UrgentMed location. I have had an extremely disappointing experience with CareSpot, and I feel compelled to share what…read morehappened. I initially went to the Coral Springs location for an MRI and paid my $25 copay. I was then told that the Coral Springs location did not have an MRI technician and that I needed to go to the Tamarac location. I was told that my paperwork would be sent electronically to Tamarac. At no point was I informed that I would be responsible for an additional $25 copay at the Tamarac location. Had I been told this, I would have addressed the issue before proceeding. I went to the Tamarac location, had the MRI performed, and was not asked to make another $25 payment. Approximately one month later, I received a bill stating that I owed another $25. I contacted CareSpot and explained the situation. The representative told me that the matter would be escalated to a supervisor and instructed me to call back in two weeks. When I called back, I was specifically told not to worry about the bill because the $25 copay I had already paid at the Coral Springs location would be transferred to the Tamarac location since that was where the MRI was performed. I was told that I would not be charged an additional $25. Despite being given that assurance, I subsequently noticed a $25 charge from CareSpot on my credit card statement that I did not expect or authorize. This is extremely frustrating because I followed the instructions I was given, paid my copay, contacted the company when I received the bill, and was explicitly told that the original payment would be transferred and that I would not be charged again. Yet I was charged anyway. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in CareSpot's billing practices and customer service. I will be taking this matter further through the appropriate channels, and I do not plan to return to CareSpot in the future. I strongly encourage patients to carefully review their bills and credit-card statements after receiving services from this company
