First off the name of the old place is STILL up so don't look for name of new one & the GPS wasn't much help. They didn't bother telling me that so I was late for my massage. Nice, clean, big place with very little wait time! Meet & greet was good but the table in the room was narrow & no adjustment for headrest. Ugh! Very quiet area but lacking tranquillo music! I thought I was getting a relaxing Swedish massage...aaaaannt!!! instead it was a semi-deep tissue/acupressure which would 'make you wanna shout' & tense-up one!!! The therapist (Janine) def knew her stuff tho' unfortunately it wasn't what I wanted. From now on I'll call ahead & make certain the modality of the massage before buying! (My F^+£-up!). Had some shoulder and arm issues and was told by my physical therapist to see a neck specialist. I researched thru my insurance and found this place that was highly rated. Now I see why. 1. The staff is very friendly 2. Dr. Kellerman is outstanding. He is gentle with you while listening to you the whole time. Dr. Kellerman is one of their chiropractors and he has to be one of the gentlest chiros I've every been to. He's calm, friendly, and helps you feel at ease. I've never had any pain or discomfort after he's adjusted me. They have AWESOME physical therapy/massage folks there as well. If you don't have insurance, an adjustment will run you $30 and a therapeutic massage is about $40. The only reason this place does not have 5 stars for me is two reasons: 1. Dr. Petrie himself is a bit rough - he adjusted me once and my neck hurt for 2 days afterwards. I would not recommend him. 2. The decor hasn't been updated since oh... 1984 so it leaves a bit to be desired. But I'm a regular client of Dr. Kellerman! YAY! read more

Came here to get help with my lower back pain and it was the best experience I've ever had. I had adjustment from Dr. Kellerman and he put me on a special table which pulled on an angle that made me feel a lot better afterward. What an amazing place! Everyone I've met here is so happy, professional, and great at their jobs. I've had the pleasure of being worked on by both Dr. Kellerman and Dr. Petrie, in just two weeks I've gone from almost constant pain in my neck and shoulders to virtually no pain at all! I must say the office staff and the massage therapist, Phil, are such nice people. I recently visited Dr. Petrie because of an upper back pain I had had for over 8 weeks. After a cervical manipulation, I did get a little bit of relief. HOWEVER, the lower torso manipulation has left me with a strained muscle, ligament, or tendon (still not sure which) in my lower back that I am still experiencing even as I write this review. I did go back for a 2nd time only because I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. I explained my lower back was hurt after the last manipulation. ALL he said was, "Get on the table." I did and he twisted my lower torso AGAIN, and I screamed in pain. He sent me back to the massage room where hot towels were placed on my back. Having a new injury such as that should be treated with ice , NEVER HEAT!! It made my lower back worse. I walked out of the office and there was Dr. Petrie outside putting up a sign. I told him, "I think my back is worse now." He never looked at me or spoke to me. I said, "Well, that's all I have to say." This was my first visit to a chiropractor so I wasn't familiar with the procedures. I can say I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education. I have been a personal trainer for many years and know well about correct ice/heat usages. I'm dumbfounded at how I was treated. I was invited back to the Spine and Joint Center at no charge for a evaluation of my lower back. I saw Dr Kellerman. As requested, I was assigned to the massage therapist, Phil. At the end of the massage and after talking with Phil about what muscle was bothering me, he figured out exactly which muscle was my problem area. I was treated with a great massage and cool packs. My follow up at home was to continue with ice therapy and some minor stretching. I am happy to say that I have begun to get relief in my lower back and it's starting to feel better. :-) I thank Dr Petrie for inviting me back for an evaluation. read more

There are two doctors at this center & they are both great at what they do. I personally see Dr. Kellerman who is incredibly easy going & down to earth. The office staff are very friendly and kind... especially when you are in pain. I had really bad lower back & sciatic issues a year ago - and they really helped me out. The massage staff in the back of the office are great as well. Very gentle, but get to the heart of the pain. I know go every month just to stay on track & have no back problems. The office is remodeled and the colors are very nice and clean. The only thing that could make this place any better is free chocolate with every adjustment. Excellent Chiropractic Clinic. Wife and I both had our first appt yesterday, 12/9/2020. They do x-rays on the first visit and explain what they see and what therapy plan and adjustment you need. First visit, allow a couple of hours as they are very thorough in explaining what they can do to help relieve pain. As we both are a little older, of course some of the damage is old and can't be cured, so they design a treatment to help with pain management. From the office staff when you walk in; Elizabeth, Aliyah, Sabrina, to the massage therapists; Joseph and Phil, all the way to the Doctors. They are great and this is a well established clinic with great reviews. Reviews are why we went and we are totally satisfied and already have our next appointment on the books. I am 64 and have never been treated by a chiropractor. My neck had been bothering me for months and headaches became more frequent. The VA could not get me in. The VA at that point sent me to Dr. Petrie. I thought to myself what a long drive since I live 45 minutes away. I called just to verify my appointment. The staff was so friendly something you don't encounter very often. I think they like their jobs. I was apprehensive on my first visit. The staff made me feel I had nothing to fear. Sat down with Dr. Petrie who picked my brain thoroughly. Took and X ray and the doctor explained exactly what was happening with my neck. Then my first adjustment. You talk about being tense. It was quick and painless. Then therapy. They were outstanding. Again more of the staff that love what they are doing. This place is ridiculous. It's unkept, old, dirty. The girls in the reception area are very unprofessional. Instead of helping when you walk in they carry on talking, very loudly might I add in a not so agreeable language with each other. They go on laughing and don't acknowledge your presence. Even the older lady that's there with them goes on talking and being unprofessional. The whole experience is just very unpleasant. Do not recommended it at all. read more
