This is actually a 3.5 star review…read more I utilized this completely twice. The first time they came to do a clean out of my rental property. They were courteous, prompt and professional. I had zero complaints. The second time I used them was for a move. The team that was a different set of guys who were equally as prompt, but not super detail oriented as their older counterparts. The first things that stood out was their difficulty to handle the truck they were driving and the strong scent of marijuana emanating from someone as they entered the door and a couple of other observations that appeared to be well received. In spite of it, they were hard working and agile. The problem didn't present itself until after the job was completed and we went to lock up the storage unit to find everything had been haphazardly placed making it impossible to access anything, especially in my physically handicapped state. I did call to give feedback and photos were sent. They were very apologetic and immediately promised they would come back and rectify the situation, saying they agreed it was definitely not acceptable by their own standard either. Since then, there have been several scheduling issues and a couple of times now I have been bumped or shuffled around due to "unforseen circumstances" even though I was on their schedule. When I made this 10/31/25 appt, I specifically asked for a day and time when I would not likely be shuffled because I have other things and people's time in my day that will be thrown off as well. I was apologized to and assured that I would finally be prioritized and taken care of, so I scheduled for the following week, which was yesterday 10/31 at 10am. Once again I didn't get a confirmation call or text, until I called, only to be told on top of the full team not being on time for work, another customer had unexpectedly bumped my time and the inconvenience was being passed down to me by way of the promised time slot being once again bumped. Still, I tried to adjust, again, but 30 minutes later and after being made to feel once again that I was not actually a priority (maybe because this was not another paid job), I cancelled. I just wasn't in the mood to have my day thrown off again. I came to the realization I not my time was not valued and there was no residual value to the $1,800.00 I had already spent, (this was definitely not the way I was handled before those jobs). Customer service and retention is everything and this fell short, I was so prepared to recommend and refer them until all this took place. I just don't feel valued as a paid/paying customer and certainly don't want to feel culpable if someone I know experiences the same as a result of my referral.

I called the morning of the pick-up, and again - he answered his phone quickly and told me they were already on their way - (on the early end of the time window - which was perfect). It's so nice when business owners are polite and answer their phone/respond quickly; I can't tell you how many times I have contacted other service providers and they just didn't answer/didn't call back. Alex is refreshing. He was polite, easy to communicate with, honest, and worked within our budget. He and his hauler removed a pile of wood from an old screened porch we had ripped out over the weekend. They removed everything quickly and neatly. I then asked him if he knew a good person to replace my rotting & sagging deck. (My theory being that good people recommend other good people).
