But when my wife arrived, she ask another $35 for a 'truth copy', which not mentioned over the phone at all. With Bay Area in Shelter-in-place due to COVID-19 pandemic, it was becoming very difficult for me to find a notary that could help me notarize time sensitive important documents and could still be safe to visit considering that the notary work is an act done in person. It was then I gave Milpitas Notary a try and called up Vandana who, a thorough and responsive professional, scheduled a meeting in her office. Until we met, she was constantly giving updates of her arrival. When we reached, we were greeted by Vandana with a big smile under her face mask. She put us in a room that easily spaced us all at 6 feet from each other. She understood the notary request and systematically began executing her authorization. She guided us on each document and neatly notarized it all. One unique aspect of her work worth noticing was the way she handled our thumb impression. She brought in medical grade alcohol sanitizer wipes, made us clean our thumb first with it, let us press on thumb pad and post print ( even ensuring that only our thumb print touches the booklet ), then made us clean our thumb again with the sanitizing wipe. This was such a satisfying experience to end the work with and speaks volumes of activeness on her behalf to ensure client's safety. I have run into a lot of notary work and never did I come across such a warm hearted person who will go to an extent to help you out. I believe she has fairly priced her services and is flexible with appointment scheduling.
