They provided a soft white background for placing my infant on a table top where there was little danger of rolling off (not near table edges) and arranged for a reflector to get the right lighting for the odd angle. Very gentle and also decisive in their instructions to me on how to adjust my baby make sure the photo was met the requirements for my case. Able to do passport photos for different country size standards, print, and email digital copies. She was very friendly while we were getting our photos taken for our passports which we just got the paperwork finished. BTW, something I want to emphasise that Mari does that I have not seen at other locations is that Mari verifies the e-mail that the customer writes down to ensure photos are sent to the correct address so there is no confusion. We recommend going to this store as I personally believe she should be teaching customer service classes to other branches. I was able to schedule him twice in one day after receiving instruction to get some documents certified. Not only was he quick to respond, he was very professional about it. He is easily reachable via phone, email, even text. At the time of this review, average price for 1 certification plus drive-time is about $112.
