MARI, on Tasman Dr is AMAZING I went on a Saturday afternoon to drop off 11 boxes from Amazon. I was already overwhelmed by having 3 kids with me that day BUT Mari was so energetic , positive, with a smile, and super fast at printing labels for me, giving me a quote, and packing everything up while she had a line out the door. She was super welcoming towards everyone , acknowledge every customer and handling it like a pro, the line was gone within 5 minutes. Mari and Deep were very helpful with our current visit. We went to get passport photos and we can see that Mari is very nice and patient with customers. She was very friendly while we were getting our photos taken for our passports which we just got the paperwork finished. BTW, something I want to emphasise that Mari does that I have not seen at other locations is that Mari verifies the e-mail that the customer writes down to ensure photos are sent to the correct address so there is no confusion. We recommend going to this store as I personally believe she should be teaching customer service classes to other branches. I wanted to add my visits at other UPS branches were not pleasant and this branch in particular has always done a good job with efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy, especially with some of the inpatient tech workers in the local area lol. read more

In all my 50 years of life I never had in person customer service such as I had Saturday 3/16/24! Mari was amazing! She completely went out of her way to help package a huge rollaway mattress. Mari was fantastic! If you are not too clear on what you're needs are and want an informed person to give you guidance and answer any questions that may arise along the way, Mari is your go-to girl! I was lost and nvr really ordered anything before with UPS, rendering me pretty much inept as to which direction to take & what I needed, but Mari jumped right in the fray of my mind to help! She answered every question I had, was completely helpful and pleasant and a total professional. When I think of the phrase " someone good at their craft" Mari is a text book example of it. I placed my order with her as she guided me through emails and patent all along the way! Trust me when I say that I will only patronize this store from here on out because of the stellar way Mari conducted business in every way. Btw, when UPS upper management suites and ties reads this; I believe Mari to be a manager of this store. This is my go-to UPS store. There's almost always a line during lunch time. I recommend going when they first open or during the evening. They have an Amazon self service machine for returns, life saver! The workers are always so nice, especially Mari she's always so sweet and helpful. This UPS location offers, notary, printing services, passport photos, and many more! There is retail parking in the apartments. Definitely check them out. read more

Walking in I couldn't understand why this place had such low ratings. I go in to return a laptop to a company. As I'm paying the co-owner (as identified on his badge) screws up the payment. No display on the screen so I pay as requested. He catches his mistake and tries to figure out how to fix it. I tell him since this will be reimbursed, I need a clean receipt. He acknowledges. Best thing to do is to cancel the first transaction and do a new one, right? He tells me he can do it as a price adjustment and still have it on one receipt. Ok. We do the price adjustment. It's on two receipts and very hard to understand. He gives me the, "oh sorry". Yeah not his problem, right? That was originally going to be my entire review, BUT WAIT... My expense department reached out to me to tell me after I left the store clearly pissed, that the UPS store is contacted them and sent them the receipts with an explanation. So yeah, the initial screw up is annoying given that I specifically said I needed a clean receipt, BUT they went above and beyond to try to make it right. Half of me feels bad that I walked out pissed now. read more

I went in to return an Amazon package today. I needed to print a label that I had on my phone and wasn't sure how to go about that. Jasmin educated me on how to send them the label and took care of the printing and attaching the label for me.
