Wesley Ngo lost my son's pants. We have used him for years... I dropped of the Ralph Lauren pants to be hemmed. He did not get my name just gave me a ticket. I gave this ticket to a friend who went to pick up the pants. Mr Ngo could not find them. My friends daughter went back a while later and he looked around and picked up a pair of pants and hemmed them and gave them to her. These were not the pants I left. I took them back the next day and he refused to admit he gave her the wrong pants. He refuses to replace the pants demanding I show him a receipt for the pants that were purchased over a year ago.. So, I have no pants AND I have paid to have a pair of pants hemmed!!!! Do not use this man!!!!! He is very disorganized and will not make right mistakes he had made!!!! read more

Needed a quick turn around on a dress for a gala. I was told to put the dress on in fitting room. Area was filthy with dirt on floor and roach carcasses in crevices. He was also very rude. read more

Absolutely terrible. I brought two dresses, one brand new (with tags-$80) with a broken zipper, and another that had a ripped strap. After returning a day after he told me they would be done, he could not find them and asked me to search the store myself. If that wasn't bad enough, I found them under a pile of hangers in a bin NOT done. He said "sometimes we forget about things." He said to come back in three days. I returned about 6 days later. He LOST both of my dresses and refuses to reimburse me in any way. Awful service provided by a man with an even worse attitude. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had with clothes alterations. They never called me about my clothes. Every time I tried to call them it went to voice mail for two weeks. When someone finally answered the phone they couldn't speak English and hung up on me three times. Very livid. Very disappointed. read more

I went in with a simple alteration on Wednesday, and he promised he could hem it by 10 am the next day. When I came in at 10, he had no idea where my dress was and admitted to me he hadn't even started hemming it yet. Then he remembered that he dropped it behind his dresser, which was in the corner against the wall! He proceeds to dig around for my dress with a broom handle for about 10 minutes before finally fishing it out. My grey silk dress is now probably covered in dirt and germs. Not to mention he safety pinned the dress and made holes in the fabric. He tells me to come back in an hour and the dress will be finished. I came back and picked it up, paid, then drove home to try it on. Bigggg mistake... the dress was ruined, according to a different alterations place. It didn't fit because he cut off the sleeves and resewed them on and took up the shoulders. I took it back to him and he outright refused to pay for the dress that he ruined. Don't Go Here!! I had a couple of pants hemmed here in the past. They were ok. I recently took another pair there to be hemmed. He doesn't really talk to you or ask anything, but it's only a hem, right. Well, when I went to pick them up, they were WAY too short. I took them back and asked him if he could let the hem down. No apology. He just said that he could and I should come back on Friday. I showed back up on Friday, and he yelled at me, and treated me like I was stupid for thinking that they would be done. According to him, it was still Friday and I should come back at 4:30 on Friday. Well, not only are my pants ruined, he did't even address me until I showed him how he had ruined the pants. I was then screamed at by him and told that the whole thing was my fault. He refused to refund me my full amount and threw $10 at me like I wasn't worth his time. What an awful experience. Never again. I brought a dress here to be fixed (the work was done by another alterations shop, in Birmingham that did not do it right, sigh). I wanted to add straps. Pretty simple, right? I made four trips in total. They are so disorganized. My dress was not ready when they promised it would be on multiple occasions and when it was done, the straps were lopsided and the material was facing the wrong way (inverted). The man argued with me about the price and was quite nasty (even though I provided the material and the woman who works for him promised to re-do the work for free). Needless to say, I had to bring the dress elsewhere to have the work re-done. read more

Customers beware he looses your cloths and wont take care of it. I bought a new suit and paid him $10.00 to alter them. He switched the tags from another pair of pants with mine. He got very mad and loud when i told him he made a mistake. He would not look for my pants. He told me "everything off" several times. He told me to keep the wrong pants and kept my $10.00.
