Last summer, we had a break-in at our condo entrance, and found a need for a Full Length Interlocking Door Guard. (Highly recommended as burglars love to shimmy a screwdriver between your door and lock & open into your place easier than a SPAM can.) Pro Video Security let us select the guard. They gave a great bid to put install. We even chose to do 2 doors, given their great rate. Flash forward to 6 months later we found a small (but significant) installation error on one of the doors. Rather than haggle and hassle, they came right out and fixed it at ZERO extra cost. (As expected.) On top of that: The fix came right on time. I wanted to be able to keep a watch on the dogs and also of course on my house in general. I bought the equipment from Provideo and I am all the way in California, so I had a local person install the equipment for me, and Perry took over the remote customer service, which has been far above and beyond what anybody could ever expect from customer service. If anything goes wrong, he is right there ready to help me fix it and get it up and running again. I could probably find someone locally, but there is no way I would ever find such great, friendly, knowledgeable customer service. So wherever you are in the world, these guys are the best!
