I moved to East Brunswick from NY and am really particular about customer service and product knowledge. Megan and Kevin helped me a few months back & continue to help me every time I'm in there, going above and beyond to make sure I walk out satisfied. They introduced me to juices I had never tried and helped me find a flavor I actually like more than the flavor I was stuck on for over a year. The store is great with a wide selection of flavors, mods, tanks and anything else you could want, but the customer service is outstanding. Used to come here exclusively but this place has gone downhill since they reopened. With the exception of the manager who tries to help customers the attitude here is oh well. Have a problem; oh well, want to resolve something, oh well. If you enjoy the smell of marijuana and dealing with employees that are obviously under the influence (Regardless if it's legal) this your place. I love gorilla vapes, because they have such a wide selection. Their prices are very reasonable and I believe they have a customer reward program. The only thing is I have not been able to get a regular banana vape from them. I think when they open, I will call them and ask them to put my name and number down so that when the banana vape comes in they can let me know. Someone had let me try their banana beep when I was out at a club, and it is definitely hands down my favorite. It's smooth and creamy texture. Makes it extremely popular so it is very hard to get them. I guess you have to be at the right place at the right time I'm not taking any chances I'm leaving my name and number so they can call me. Just letting everyone know of the Grand opening special event with magic 98.3 at this location Saturday September 6th. This great event will have food games and give aways and more I love this place. They are so on the ball and very patient. They will work with you if you want to make custom flavors which I happen to do quite a bit. The flavors of choice are huge ranging from fruits Candies tobacco menthol sodas and pastries. For those who live down south, they have a location in lacy and Monmouth Mall. Except Monmouth is a kiosk. I have been to both of these locations and love how they all take the time to explain to you the different devices and such. read more

Workers are rude and unhelpful. When switching to nic salts and asking about what juice would be close to a 6 for Normal juice the worker said "you should know what nic you use" while rolling his eyes. Than I proceeded to explain I was new to nic salts and was still trying out different flavors and nic levels. He still proceeded to be snarky and rude. Never going back to this shop again I will shop online for now On to avoid the rude elitist workers ! Some people just want to stay off cigarettes and don't want the drama. Not a bad shop. Made to order juices are pretty cool. They can mix and add whatever flavors you want. Testers are tough to get a real taste because they are low end cheap mods. Awesome place! Not close to my home, almost an hour away, but we'll worth the drive. The guys there are super friendly and knowledgeable. The second we walked in they greeted us. I had asked about ordering something on their website. The employee, Justin, looked it up and noticed it was an item that wasn't easy to find. Justin immediately contacted his boss and the boss is going to fix the website so it easier to find certain items. Now if you ask me, that is great custome sevice! I'll definitely be returning to this location....even if I have to travel an hour away to get there.
