I finally called the roadside assistance customer service back, and they informed me that Mikes hauling and towing service had canceled the order without even telling me. They told her to "call back in 10 minutes and see if we can do it." Now remember I've been waiting for TWO HOURS thinking they were coming. My vehicle was running the entire time with the a/c on, so I ran out all kinds of expensive gas thinking Mikes was on their way. I had my son with me so I eventually left, while at the same time I'm sitting on hold for over an hour while they try to find me another towing service. It was thee worst experience after a long day at work.
