Copy shops only work on high end office machines. One repair shop told me it wasn't worth while to repair printers as they were priced to be disposable. Having spent over $800 for a very nice printer, I didn't want to just dispose of it. Shawn at Colorado Monumental Computer Solutions was happy to come out and work on my printer. He arrived on time, he was pleasant and professional. He carefully diagnosed the problem. Sadly, he didn't have the part that was needed to complete the repair as it is a dealer only part.
