He worked solo for the several hours I was around & although things were really hopping, he was always polite, professional, and proficient. He replaced the screens on both of my iPhones, and did the written assessment required by my cell phone insurance company for one. (If only the insurance claim were settled as quickly as the phone was fixed, right?!) Mitch patiently answered several phone inquiries because T-Mobile service was inexplicably down for several hours. He patiently and thoroughly answered questions from Phone Medic customers, both over the phone and in person. He helped me find the phone cases I wanted and even upsold me on the bulletproof screen protectors which were on sale at BOGO 1/2 off. (This was kinda something as I am not normally able or willing to pay retail prices.) They cleaned it off, checked my battery and confirmed it was in good shape, then added a red sealant to reduce the chance of corrosion again! And best of all- they did all this for free! 10/10! They called me the next business day and said the problem was with one of the circut boards and that Asus didn't provide them anymore they couldn't find a replacement for it anywhere on the internet and advised that I should just scrap it - charged me $40 and gave it back to me. I ended up taking it to GJ Computer Repair based on a reccomendation from "The Computer Lady". They took it apart, found the "faulty circut board", removed it and then re=installed it.
