My wife really wanted her car detailed. We've usually done the hand wash and wax ourselves, but my knees have been acting up. Found Anchored to Love Detailing, and was impressed with the reviews. I requested Eric put us down for today. We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. I reached out roughly a year and some change ago via Yelp looking for a cleaning. My car was filthy. I'd been between roughly 5 states after dealing with the death of both my grandmother and mother in a very short window. I reached out looking for a fresh start. I think initially I inquired about the 150 dollar cleaning and was told the price could vary--okay, no problem. I set an appointment and was told I'd see the person in the morning. I believe it was 9 or 10 am. After waiting an hour and half, I didn't hear from anyone and assumed the appointment was over or they'd forgotten about me. A person reached out saying they would be there shortly. Fifteen to twenty minutes later a person showed up. It wasn't Eric, he was a younger guy and seemed uninterested, but in hindsight, he was just very down to Earth. He mentioned an upcharge for bio- fluid , I'd thrown up in the vehicle and cleaned, but wasn't sure what was what, it was bad. I think that was 150 dollars extra. After that I was contacted saying he could do either the inside of the vehicle and work on that or the outside, but not both. We came to terms and arrived a number around 600 dollars to clean inside and outside. Inside was cleaned with water pressure hose and I think some kind of steamer. It was markedly improved. Outside was cleaned and initially didn't look very good, after using a chalk bar, it looked a little nicer and felt a bit better than a dusty black 2019 Kia Forte, so that was a plus. Fast forward and the car was mostly cleaned. There was debris all over the street and it looked a bit wild, but it wasn't in my car. The detailer and I spoke for roughly an hour and a half about life and dreams and business, and everything else under the Sun. I really enjoyed his dialogue and hope he's thriving. When I paid, I think it 600 or 620 total. I felt like I would have paid anything fot a fresh start. The engine wasn't cleaned, my car shined in some areas and in others not, but the inside was clean and I had a fresh start. I didn't know much of detailing at the time and was happy to have anything done to my vehicle after being at rock bottom. Now that I go to other places, I find it takes from 45 dollars to 200 dollars at the top end to have my vehicle serviced and cleaned thoroughly. I feel like if I had an exotic car, I would come here and they would have given the special treatment with all the bells and whistles seen in the photos. But my cleaning felt more like I was supposed to have said no to the price so they didn't have to do the work and they were just over it mid-stride and charged me and went on with the day. I am still grateful for the cleaning. I would have probably paid more just to have that life-reset and regain some confidence from all the trauma I'd endured traveling in that vehicle, but I feel it was a so-so job at a really high price that I think about anytime I consider a detailing anywhere else. SUV was a mess and I needed to trade in. Eric spent nearly two hours on the car. Rugs on driver side were nearly Black. Could not believe that he was able to get that out. My car got water in it and then sat in the hot Georgia sun and basically turned into a sauna so everything was covered in mildew. They stripped it down to bare bones and replaced the carpet padding and cleaned every last nook and cranny. My only complaint was that the website says it comes with a complimentary exterior wash for the Mold Remediation package and I paid the higher end price ($750) and the outside of my car was still filthy. Overall though for the interior I have no complaints, and although I hope this never happens to my car again, if it does I would 100% bring it back here read more

I am a thoroughly impressed and 1000% pleased with the done by EJ's mobile detailing. Very professional, prompt response to inquiries, very communicative and did an outstanding job. Eric was super quick to respond to my request for a quote and even got me scheduled for the next day. My husband parks under a pecan tree and the sap has built up over the past couple months. We've always had trouble removing the sap completely but Eric removed it without a trace. Scheduling with him was very easy as he was fairly flexible and willing to work with my schedule. Great job with the wheels and exterior in general. The wheels looked absolutely shining after he was through with them. Carpet work was excellent and great job with the mats. All items were also placed back somewhat orderly. Buyer beware. Ordered Presidential Package. Tech is on camera on his phone for better part of 2 hours waiting for 4 hours to be up so he could leave. It was dark when he finished so in GOOD FAITH I left a 100$ tip. Literally no detailing was done to trim where there were baked on bugs and sap, sap left on entire surface area of vehicle. Gross negligence in and out of vehicle. Eric promised to talk to the tech who was supposed to do the job and then return my call. After repeated attempts he simply did not respond. I disputed the claim, with video and picture evidence. Eric had no problem pocketing a 100$ tip and ghosting me. There's NO LOVE here but good name to reel you in. Females beware. read more

I asked for a super interior detail but I guess there was a miscommunication and he did both interior and exterior but I didn't mind paying extra because my car looks amazing with the wax finish. Eric did an amazing job cleaning the seats because they were so dirty, he also left the floor so clean. The only problem I have was one area in the back of the car was not cleaned. Very fast to respond and sent quote for detailing my wife's car as a present. Prices very competitive. I live near Lake Lanier, over 40 miles from his location and expecting an extra charge for fuel- the total quote was very good. I had questions on the quote and they were answered within minutes. I have a full size Dodge Ram Quad cab that needs detailing that I will add and see what the price is. I believe he also pressure washes homes, my home needs a good cleaning and will ask about that as well. He has lots of good reviews and pictures of his work. This is not an appropriate response to an online review.** Mediocre. EJ's came to my workplace yesterday. They arrived late, were not prepared to do work. They had to delay to go fill up their tank with water. When they worked on my car, I walked out to find that my car still had smudges and spots on the exterior. One was a caked on mud spot that I spotted from 15 feet away. The inside of the windshield looks WORSE than when I gave it to them. I paid $50 for this!
