I ask him the first time nicely and I felt like that is something a worker or a service worker should be doing. We shipped a high value, low weight package here. The price was almost $600. When the clerk was asked if they charged the same rates as FedEx, she said all rates are the same. When I logged onto the FedEx web page, the calculated rate was more than 25% lower. I called the store. She now said everyone charges different rates. Two mutually exclusive statements. Both cannot be true. If you have no problem paying a 25% premium and being lied to, use this business. If you respect your money and want to support honest business establishments, go elsewhere. read more

I live very close to them. They are kind, and patient and knowledgeable. They can help you with many, many things. Although I have my own laptop and printer/fax I often have difficulties getting something 'simple' done. For example, they can use your phone or laptop to bring up your needed documents and get them sent properly. On top of it all, it cost very, very little. Anyway, if you need help sending or receiving documents it will be done quickly for very little. They have many other services. I noticed they make keys which I need to do. These guys were extremely helpful when I was doing Books For Soldiers in getting my packages packed up and shipped out. When sending packages for other reasons, they were great about wrapping them for a reasonable fee and sending them out for the cheapest carrier. I have used their services since they opened and have always found them nice, accommodating and efficient. Today I had to mail some packages and was surprised that they are not posting a "mask required" sign on their front door. Governor Abbott mandated masks for the state of Texas yesterday. The young lady following me inside did not have on a mask and I made a comment to her. She was surprised I think by my comment since she was looking for a sign on the door. She didn't question me but returned to her car and came back with her mask on. Everyone in the place was wearing a mask and keeping their distance EXCEPT for one employee. Granted she was behind plexiglass but her customer had moved to six inches away from her face to address an issue on the computer screen. Very disconcerting. read more

For well over 20 years I have frequented this business. They were cordial, efficient and convenient. My recent experiences have definitely changed my opinion. At the beginning of the COVID crises, I went in to mail a package (when our city had been mandated to wear masks) and although employees were wearing masks, some customers were not. I made a comment to the owner. He responded with a very curt, rude comment towards me, as though I was an idiot! I was angry and insulted, but told myself everyone deserves a second chance. Maybe he had had a bad day. Therefore, I continued to go back. The last time I went in there NONE of the employees were wearing masks. In my opinion, this is not a political or personal issue. It is one of decency and respect. My husband owned his own business for nearly 50 years. His goal was to respect and serve his customers. That is definitely not important to this place of business. Their view is, I don't care what my customers believe, what the scientists say, what would be respectful and courteous towards my customers. This is my business and I will damn well do what makes me happy. How arrogant and self-righteous! Even though he can do what he wants, I can, too. I will not step foot in there again and I'd like to believe that many other people feel the same way. There are plenty of other places of business just like his! Their "people" may be fully vaccinated. So am I. However, I care about my fellow man. I would hate to believe that I had given what can be a deadly disease to others. I have lost 3 friends to this potentially deadly disease. This is not solely about masks. It is about character, decency and respect for others! read more

I will most likely never go here again - I went to mail a package to my son and I happened to mention that I needed it to get there before a certain time and the woman (who I was not even speaking to at the time) blurted out that that was probably impossible in a very rude tone. She then proceeded to carry on a what seemed to be a personal conversation loudly with someone that appeared to another customer. The attitude of the woman was a complete turn off and she acted like they didn't need my business. It was such an abrupt way to treat someone that had just walked in, I was taken aback and sort of stunned. The other helper I spoke with who eventually took my package seemed to see the look on my face and tried to recover the interaction but it was too late in my opinion. I called to ask for the price to get an item notarized. I was told it is $6 and up. When I asked what that meant the representative rudely answered uhh... it is 6 dollars and up like I said. Instead of answering oh 6 for the first page and every additional page is an additional dollar. For future reference most banks will notarize things for free if you have an account. I am glad he was so rude because it saved me $6! read more

Go to Postal Annex on Staples and Saratoga where they won't charge you $1.00 to tape a pre paid box!! Postal Annex's customer service was okay yet it was far better then this sorry establishment. read more
