This is the closest Amazon return place to my house. A half hour away. They have to be the worst UPS store on the planet. In addition to being unfriendly like there doing you a huge favor to take your packages, they are incredibly loose with their hours. Posted hours said they closed at 3 and I got there at 2:45 and it was locked up. I the.mn stopped on my way to the airport (they said they open at 8) and waited with 7 other people. At 8:22 someone sauntered in to open. I had to leave without returning my items because I had a plane to catch. I now have 10 in the car. How Amazon is OK with this performance is beyond me. There are nice places that ship way closer to my house but they are not return centers. If I never have to go here again it will be too soon read more

Alex helped me make copies today of crucial documents. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure to provide my copies. He then helped me send off a package via UPS. He gave me a tracking number as well. I will return. read more

Do not go to this UPS store. I had to return an item. They charged me 2.70 to print 1 sheet of paper. I was informed that they are a franchise and that's what their franchise does. They were not super friendly and didn't seem to want to help people with issues. I saw 2 people leave that they didn't help. Won't EVER use them again. read more

Not very friendly staff. Went in today (1/18/22) and they were very busy, the line was out the door. Simply had a package to drop off (did not need anything but just to give it to them). The lady was with somebody so I was waiting to just hand it to her, the post man came in and she saw him (as I'm sure she saw that I was standing there as well) well she tells him to pit I over by the wall. So after another 30 seconds of her ignoring me I asked her and said in sorry I just need to drop it off, it is ready to go. She looked at me and just said put it right over there. VERY RUDE attitude. I understand you're busy but seriously you could fell people if you're just dropping off you could put it over here so they didn't have to wait in line, unless they needed something else Just very unorganized place I go to this one because it is the closest to where I live. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. By far the rudest and most incompetent staff I've ever dealt with. Rather than being greeted, I was scolded and told "don't use the printer, our manager doesn't want anyone using it." My question is, then why the hell do you have them available UP FRONT with signs that say "self service"????? Worst UPS experience I've ever had. Customer service is terrible. Staff is rude. Old lady working there with the ugly 'Karen' cut needs to be fired. I would have been in a matter of seconds but instead was treated like an idiot. Place needs to be closed down. read more

The Unreliable Postal Service at this location is staffed with inconsiderate employees whose incompetence rivals the USPS. I dropped off a package to be returned to AMAZON and it was scanned and labeled by the UPS Store employee. And that's the last anyone has seen it. I received notice from the seller a month later reminding me to send the item back! The tracking number indicated it had never been entered into the system. I went back to this UPS Store to be told I needed to track it online as "...the way it works is that you have to go online to find out where the package is, and the UPS Store was unable to track UPS packages." The movie "Idiocracy" wasn't meant to be, but obviously a training tool for these people. Calling the local UPS Customer Service Center only put me in a computerized phone tree loop that repeatedly hung up on me. Finally spoke to a human at UPS corporate and was then told to have Amazon deal with it as UPS is unable (too Incompetent?) to resolve the issue of them losing a package in their own store. Issue was resolved by Amazon. Package was never found. Could be at the home of one of the UPS Store employees. I only say this because when I dropped it off, they asked what was in the package. I wasn't thinking in a jaded manner so I told them. Should have said "None of your business." But in retrospect, this could have been a way of finding good packages to "lose". read more

Customer service from Delia was the worst!! I have never gone to the staples location because I didn't know it was there I usually use the SPID and Kostoryz location and OMG I regret going to the Staples location. Next time I will drive the extra distance. Delia was called from the back to help me and boy she had attitude from the get go. I advise everyone to drive the extra distance for awesome customer service to the other location. I am a Manager and would not want someone like Delia greeting/assisting my customers. Workers need to realize they have a job TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS THATS WHY THEY GET A PAYCHECK! read more

Never again will I use UPS. Standards of delivery have gone down. I shipped a time sensitive document specifically stating what time it needed to be delivered. They guaranteed and I paid $ 95.00. It was late. Tried to get money back and basically told to do deal with the loss. Very upsetting.. If I could Id rate it a "0". read more
