I reached out because I needed a consistent lawn service and I also had a small tree fall during a storm. I was very honest about what I needed. No wrrkly moving, weeding, cleaning up a bit of flower beds and then the one time tree removal. I was set up with the service, quoted, and I said that if the tree was more to just let me know. First service came. Lawn was okay, not great but acceptable and within HOA guidelines. Bradley Rand my door and said his saw was broken and that he would take care of the tree next time. Fine. HOA wouldn't like it but I understood. Fast forward to today. I get a message he's on the way. Three hours later, I get an email canceling the service because the tree was to big! Keep in mind he had been to my property and talked to me about the tree. He was not there a second time, just put in a cancelation. Didn't talk to me about it. Didn't try to negotiate a different rate. Called into the customer service and had them cancel like it was news to him and he was here. Lies. Horrible and unreliable I wouldn't trust them to take care of anything on your property.

To sum up my review: workmanship amazing but customer service 0…read more I have had several items made for my home when it was constructed. 20 years later my wife wanted a custom gate for the front. A stop by the office to meet with the lady at the desk and schedule the first appointment. The owner came out and did measurements. I went out and saw him and discuss what I was looking to get for a custom gate that would also prevent my three little dogs from going through it. After he was done with his measurements he left without ever saying anything to me. About a month later I called to find out what the status was and was told that he was getting the design together and will be sending it to me soon. Shortly after that I received an email with the design and my wife and I returned back to the office to discuss changes to that design to make sure that our little dogs cannot go through the gate. A month later they scheduled a "final measurement appointment" but did not show up on that appointment day. We were notified that he was busy and would be rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately no one showed up on that day either. He must have stopped by because a few more months later I was told they were ready for a down payment and to finalize the plan. We again stoped by the office and discussed things with the ladies and put our down payment in. A few more months later and I called to find out how things were progressing. Finishing soon then will call me to schedule the install. I called another month later and made the appointment for the Instal. I called the morning of the install to make sure we were still a go and was told "sorry they were behind and would have to reschedule the next week. Today called again to confirm and YES. They will be out after noon. Checked in at 3 and still going. At 5 I received a call to ask if I still wanted to get it installed today or first thing in the morning. This was my only day off so they did install it @5pm. They were very good and did a great job. The gait looks great and will be looking good for decades to come.
