I have since reached out to Brandon, the owner of the company, by text message, left a voicemail on a couple occasions, and wrote through the website asking to address it with photographic evidence. It's been over a week and a half, and he is clearly ignoring me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB next and will continue to leave reviews until this company repairs the damage they caused. The sad part is that I thought the movers overall worked hard and did a good job in other respects.
