The court and the judge were not on the same page and making EVERYTHING more difficult and hard to understand. I never write reviews, but I felt it was absolutely necessary. I found myself in a difficult and…read morestressful situation, needing to get my partner out of jail. I assume that the look of despair on my face when I was in court must have screamed how lost I was. I was approached by what I would call now an saving grace, Ed. He asked me if I was here for myself or for someone else and I explained my situation. I had never had to go through the process of bailing someone out and had no idea what I was doing. I explained to him I was approached by another bail bonds man when I was in court who was trying to get me for every penny I had and unfortunately was unable to get my partner out of jail through him so I was hesitant to talk to another bails man. Ed sat and waited for me till my partners court session was over, at that time it was recessed. During the recess Ed carefully explained how his process and the courts process worked. He asked me my financial status, I provide for myself and my partner so I had no outside help. Ed assured me that he would be able to work with me to my surprise! He had me get the paperwork started which gave me such relief that I knew I was going int he right direction finally. After my partners court session and a few days later my partner was home. Ed's professionalism, compassion and flexibility is unparallel in the type of field he is in. Ed, made me feel at ease during a very overwhelming time. Every question I had was answered clearly, and they took the time to ensure I fully understood the process. I'm especially grateful for the assistance I received from Ed. His support and guidance made all the difference. I also want to say that the young lady that works in his office that takes payments is also very patient understanding and very professional. She explained the payment process to me which also solidified that I needed to write this review. The whole team are all stars in my book and I would refer them to anyone who needs an honest and caring bail company to help them in these difficult and sometimes unprecedent situations!
