    I had so many issues with this company over a short period of time, it's hard to know where to start. So I'll just hit the high spots. I listed my condo with them in June because their fees were low and reviews were decent. It was a mistake. Cancelled my contract with them in September after they had zero results: No tenant, not even an applicant. Before cancelling I specifically asked if they had any applicants in the pipeline and was told there were none. Two days later they texted me saying they had an applicant and did I want to proceed. Really? After all this time? Obviously I said no. Briefly here are some of my other issues with them: 1. Someone they sent to do repairs apparently smashed the top of my dryer. I say "apparently" because no one else had been in the house. Despite repeated requests they have declined to repair it or compensate me for the damage. 2. Insisted on doing repairs that I considered unnecessary and then billing me for them. Some of the repairs were sloppily done. To be fair, I did approve a subset of proposed repairs; I did not approve the sloppiness. 3. Offered free rent without consulting me. In summary I felt they were inept, ineffective, and unprofessional. Your mileage may vary. Hire them AYOR.

    We were on a short timeline to move into a rental property, and though Christina was very helpful with getting us into a place on our timeline, upon move in... the home was absolutely unacceptable. I wonder if homeowners know that their homes are being rented in these conditions. The property management company states that the home was "cleaned" prior to move in. I guess they hire six year olds to clean bc that's what it looks like. There are roaches on the floor. The carpets are ATROCIOUS, with obvious animal pee. The back yard looks like it hasn't been mowed in 3+ months with grass to my knees. To top it all off... one of the bedrooms doesn't even have a light in it? Like no light at all? All of the lights are cheap and old as hell... they actually buzz when you turn them on. Beware of good reviews, as the company charges a $25 "lease preparation fee" but will waive it if you leave a 5-star review.

    This is our 2nd year renewing with 10 Stars Property Management! Any issues we've had they've completely & concisely addressed - like fully replacing our air conditioning unit a couple months in, & recently fixing a ceiling leak, +more! Our cat feels very comfortable in the central air (see picture:) We don't really have anything bad to say because if you're a reasonable person, they are extremely easy to work with. Kristin, Jeannie, Shenna, Jennifer, Florence, Gordon & the Maintenance Team - all easy to work with. We've Never had any issue reaching out & having things taken care of. Thank you all!!!

    They keep the yard so neat,pretty no dog shit smell.I love it. Pay ur rent u can get money towards your new home.

    I had a very disappointing experience with All County First Choice Property Management. Do not do…read morebusiness with them. I initially applied for a house, but I did not get it. Later, Albert called me unexpectedly, saying the same house I had applied for was now available. I agreed and began preparing to move forward. I had already paid my security deposit and was in the middle of signing my lease when the online process failed. When I contacted Albert, I was told the house had already been taken, despite him previously offering it to me. Even though I had paid the deposit, I was told it would take five days to get my money back, and I also lost the convenience fee I had paid to submit the deposit online. To make matters worse, Albert then suggested a condo in the same area I already live, as if I would want that instead, even though I had specifically applied for a house. Now I have to wait for the manager to call, with no clear timeline, which just highlights how unprofessional and disorganized this business is. Overall, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

    Worst living experience. I would never rent from this company. They basically acted like no one…read morelived in my unit. There was roof work starting at 7 am, including Saturdays, and they did not give us any warning. That lasted a week. We did not have hot water for 9 days, I had to threaten legal action in order to get it fixed. During those time periods, they did not offer to house us elsewhere. Our oven broke and they took a month to replace it, and decided to have the new oven delivered without our permission a week before moving out. We have reported leaks and nothing was ever done about them. It is crazy to me that I have to remind a leasing company that real human beings are living in the unit.
