As trustee for two related trusts, I tried to talk to this company to handle title transfer from one trust to the other. I thought they'd be ideal because they claim to have both legal and real estate experience. I'm in Southern California and desperately need a local company to handle this situation in Clearwater Fl. First I went to their web site and filled out the contact form. I'll attach the response I received from that. Note that it said that, while they'll call me, I can call "Cindy Wilson" to get things started. So... I called. I asked for her by name. The receptionist said there was nobody in the building by that name. The receptionist asked for my file number. When I said I don't have a file number, that I'm not yet a client, she seemed confused. She asked the address of the property. Ok I went along with that. Then the reply was they don't have that property in their files. OF COURSE THEY DON'T! I'M NOT A CLIENT YET! I tried to be patient and explained the service I needed and asked if they can help me. She put me on hold long enough for me to hear their founder's message about 20 times, and finally came back to say that Tammy would be the one to help me but that she wasn't there. She was to return my call the next day. Didn't happen. Just a great big nothing. I don't know how this company gets their business but it must not be from remote trustees needing help. Maybe direct with real estate brokers or something. Maybe thru a magic system I'm not privvy to. Either way, they certainly were not interested in the business I was trying to give them. Two stars because they auto responded and answered the phone, albeit both were a waste of time. read more

When my mom sold her home of 42 years (the house I lived in from age 4 to 17), she asked me & my sister to join her at the closing. The title agent was Susan Hanley, and she was very friendly & knowledgeable. Ms Hanley was also incredibly patient & understanding, as my mom wanted both me and my sister to review every document before signing. Sodas, water & an assortment of snacks were offered, along with pens & notepads. I was very impressed with their spread! The conference room we used was comfortable as well. My only critique is that I didn't seem to have any cell phone connection inside the building. But if I was attending a settlement for myself, I wouldn't be trying to check my social media & play my games while signing forns anyway. read more

My experience involves Seminole Title withholding my escrow deposit long after the contract was cancelled. Pam,reluctantly refunded my $5000 after much inconvenience. If you want hand holding and refreshments maybe this business is a good fit for you. However, I prefer professionalism, customer service and efficiency. This title company is awful!! If you like to be just another closing no one cares about than this is where to go! They do not handle typical closing glitches well at all. If things don't happen smoothly and perfectly it pisses them off and they take it out on the consumer. They do not go even a tad bit out of their way to accomplish your goals. When the title company is the reason for a 3 day delay on your closing (even though that delay puts you out of contract) then something is terribly wrong with their priorities. They are also condescending and rude when you call to follow up on said delay. They will answer the call with a sharp and defensive tone before you even get a word in edgewise. It's a crazy busy market and they hold all the cards.... and that is the way you will get treated. I would say it's poor customer service, but I wasn't a customer.... just another payday for them. read more
