When I got up during my massage to use the restroom, I passed the front desk and got into a conversation with the teenage receptionist, Justin. he warned me about the restrooms, and how Biggie Smells was hiding inside waiting for the next person to use the bathroom. And upon hearing this, I thought to myself, "Jorge, do you really want to believe this young boy?" But, in hindsight, I've always believed in better safe than sorry. Especially in a situation like this. Although I knew he was joking, I decided to take a look in the restrooms, just for good luck. I stepped into the mens bathroom and was immediately met with sparkling marble floors and a water fountain mounted on the wall behind the lit mirrors. I carefully scanned the stalls, (deciding Biggie would probably be hiding in the largest one,) and eventually decided on the one furthest to the left. I went inside and locked it and started to do my business when all of the sudden I heard a loud noise. It was the door to the restrooms. It had swung open with a loud bang. I quickly zipped up my fly and tried to be as quiet as I could. Then all of the sudden, there were these loud, ravenous footsteps booming through the corridor. I cupped a hand over my mouth to be quiet. I could see Biggie make his way to the largest stall and open the stall door. While he did this I took it as an opportunity to make a break for it, and did. I swung open the stall door and heard Biggie grunt at the noise, fumbling with the lock on his own stall. I quickly ran to the door to the restrooms, and fling it open. I launch myself in, and am immediately caught by Justin. "What happened?" Is what he asked me. I just smiled. And then, he kissed me... Out of nowhere. It was beautiful, and all of the staff came out with the patients from their rooms to clap for us. It was wonderful. 5 stars.

I've visited this chiropractor many times over many years and I really enjoy the people who work…read morethere, however lately they have been very understaffed, hard to schedule with and adjustments have become really perfunctory. I have recently visited for SI joint pain and pelvic misalignment, which has helped slightly however when I visited a PT they were surprised at the adjustments I had received and that they weren't more thorough & recommended I see care elsewhere. My daughter also visited recently and was with the chiropractor for less than 5 minutes. She hadn't been there for over a year and had experienced dramatic changes due to height growth, weight loss and a new very rigorous fitness regime, and the adjustment didn't help her feel any better... hard to imagine how 4 minutes of care really could help? We have experienced great care here but I couldn't currently recommend. I hope they address these issues as a really genuinely like them - which is the reason for the 3 stars! Just lately, it's been a very average level of care.

I should have written this review months ago but today was the Ah-ha moment. I called around several chiros around my area for an urgent appointment , I was in desperate need of a chiropractor. I had been at that time battling post herpetic neuralgia from shingles for about a year and a half with PT medical massages injections and oral meds with no improvement. I was at the point where the pain was making me incredibly depressed and I was going on a trip where I would had to sit on a plane for a long time so I wanted to get adjusted before my trip. I finally found this office that had an opening and I came in had an evaluation and it was adjusted that day. I felt a lot better immediately unlike my other visits with other Chiropractor's. Dr. Robinson's office had warned that my recovery might take up to a year but honestly I felt 100% by month 4. Essentially zero pain from the post herpetic neuralgia. It wasn't until today that I realized after a maintenance medical massage that this new discomfort I have been feeling, was due to an upper rib being unaligned. My LMT had tried to correct it, but said that I might need a chiropractor because she believed that a rib was stuck. Immediately after my massage appointment, I called Dr. Robinson's office and he was able to squeeze me in. I am so eternally grateful because as soon as I came in and showed him what was hurting and what made it hurt - he diagnosed it and got everything back in order. I got off the table and try to replicate the pain and it was still there a little bit, Dr. Robinson had mentioned that it might still be a little bit sore especially because it had just been worked on by the LMT, but wanted to make sure that everything was back in place so I got back on the table and after that second adjustment I was instantly able to breathe better more deeply, and there's absolutely no pain. I am so thankful I found the office. The entire staff (Dr. Hudson, Brandy, Dana) are immensely, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend coming here if you have any pains that have anything to do with alignment. OHHHH and Dr Hudson is the baby whisperer for infant, toddler, and children! She offers chiro care for children! She's amazing! I have not brought in my own children (didn't think they needed it but after reading how it could help them I think I will!) but have seen her with her clients and she's honestly so gentle and kind and has the BEST energy! I met with Phil who did a wonderful job understanding my symptoms and educating me on what he believed to be happening. He has a great bedside manner and thoroughly explained what he was doing, what it would feel like and what I should be doing during treatment. He utilizes some advanced (at least to me) equipment, laser to warm the muscles/tissue, and an interesting motorized treatment table. He recommended a therapeutic massage, which I did with Ashley, which was also wonderful. She did a wonderful job helping my back feel so much more limber.
