An MA was sent in after I was examined by the PA, on her own, to wrap up my fractured arm. She was rushed and obviously she did not know what to do, and when she started to do the wrap it was unlike anything I had ever seen. I asked fot the PA to do the wrap instead, and her response was that he was in another room and that she 'did it all the time". The PA randomly walked in and I asked if this was what he told her to do. He looked suprised, took over and redid the wrap in a completely different way. I left feeling horrible in many ways.

Of course with any medical provider the equality of service is the most important piece. I felt as if the doctor took the time to understand my problem and to learn what activities I wanted to get back to that I wasn't able to. He suggested physical therapy exercises that I may not have tried before and quickly made a referral to get an MRI after I told him all of the different things I had tried before coming to see them. While no one wants to go see a doctor, if you do need to see a sports medicine doctor, this is the place to go.
