I booked an appointment for 9:30 am on June 10th. I drove about 14 miles to get there; they took my $40 and then proceeded to tell me that the x-ray machine is broken. They said they could give me an office tour. What they should have done is contact me and let me know that I should reschedule the appt., but instead they let me drive all the way there to tell me that. I have absolutely no confidence in this business. It's not a professional place of business. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

The puppy mill of chiropractic services. They'll be glad to sign you on an expensive service contract and even have you finance it through Care Credit. But when I needed 100% the most and 3/4 of the way through my service, my back went out. Dr. Hannah was nowhere to be found. Her staff failed on setting any appointments to get me in with zero follow through. I started a small claims suit, but moved out of the area so I just took my lumps as a learning lesson instead. 100% Chiropractic San EliJo is nothing special. Not recommended. read more

These people are pure evil. Seriously. They'll take you in for x-rays and at the next appointment the entire staff will all be very excited about showing you what's wrong with you so that they can scare you into a $10,000 treatment that requires you to go in THREE TIMES a week. My bottom vertebrae is in pretty bad shape and this lady showed me what was wrong and then proceeded with a seriously dangerous and damaging adjustment. Of course I trusted her and I've been on disability ever since. For months. Go to a real chiropractor who cares. There are clinics who only charge $40 a visit and provide real CARE. On top of all of this the staff does not give a s*** about you! They're all rude aside from one lady who remains unmemorable. read more
