The first Vanguard spa I bought in 2006 is at my daughter's home, it hasn't been moved and stopped…read moreworking last spring 2024. We had 2 service calls and it was still not repaired. We were told to have the electrical going to the spa checked which we did using the electrician that the shop recommends. Ken Thompson and he said the electric and the 50 amp are perfect. The issue is the spa works for about a day then shuts off. Something is triggering. I went in the Shop over a week ago as my daughter who is a full time High school teacher & her husband a fire fighter don't have time to follow up on this and get it fixed and she asked me to please get it repaired. With David Grant, I relayed that we had electric connections checked out and it's the spa needing repair still. And I asked that he pass on this critical info to the repair manager This is an open ticket since starting last June or July 2024 I believe. So I'm hoping for some priority since this repair issue is long time pending and my little grandsons want to use the spa as a warm pool. As well as my daughter and her husband who both work hard daily. This repair order should be prioritized over all the orders taken since as it's not been fixed and the other requests that came in after should be repaired after. It's an open ticket I'm waiting for a phone call to set up the repair appointment. Since this spa is old now we are wondering if perhaps it needs new mother board or of maybe the heater is triggering it to overheat and shut off. Something is triggering a shut down and diagnostics need to be ran. Please schedule the appointment as we are repeat spa buyers and the original spa repair request is from last summer. We are loyal Hot Spring customers and want many more years using these wonderful spas. Please all of us and the grandsons ages 3 and 7 will be so grateful Thank you ! I will update this once the spa is repaired and running

After a bit of a wait for production, Wes and assistant easily and carefully installed our tub and reviewed all of our cleaning and maintenance responsibilities. On top of that, Wes took time out of his busy day to inspect and clean a pellet stove we just inherited when we purchased our new home. He definitely went above and beyond.

Epic Stone came recommended by everyone we talked to when we began our kitchen remodel and now we…read moreunderstand why. They finished a countertop replacement yesterday where we replaced old granite countertops with new quartzite. In addition to a change in stone, we also added some features like stone windowsills details, a stone backsplash and shelf behind the oven, and a waterfall edge on the peninsula. The process was ideal from start to finish. Ben was responsive and always very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions and gave us options to get a finished product we are thrilled about. They went the extra mile to make our house livable between demo and installation. His team was friendly to my whole family (including the dog). We have worked with a handful of vendors during our remodel and Epic Stone stood out for the experience working with them and the finished product. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for stone work.

I'm an engineer with a…read morebackground in general engineering so as a matter of professional pride (and affordability, and fun) I do most of my own home improvement, appliance repair, and some of my auto work. Granite, though, has the distinct quality of being dangerously heavy and somewhat delicate, so when the seam between granite pieces on my center island started to split, I knew i needed to call in a pro. The folks at Epic stone couldn't have been more professional. They gave me a no pressure quote over the phone and got me in within a week. I ended up having them fix the seam and drill a hole in the counter for a garbage disposal air switch. The gentleman they sent out had the rare combination of being extremely detail oriented and fun to talk to. He took his time blending different epoxy colors to make the new seam as unnoticeable as possible (and did a far better job than the builders did on the original seam). When he was done, he had me inspect his work and showed me everywhere the stone was slightly uneven around the seam (caused by house settling or original installation issues); fortunately they were very minor. He also offered to buff a corner of the slab that had chipped over the years free of charge. Like I said, I don't enjoy calling out for repair, but I wouldn't hesitate to have epic stone back the next time I need something.

.BEWARE OF THIS ILLEGAL NO license operating business. (They are actively under investigation by…read morethe Board)They were operating on a PREVIOUS employees license installing fire sprinkler systems when I was there. Their project manager cant operate hand tools (witnessed him dangerously holding a band-saw facing his groin area to cut a piece of all thread) & cannot distinguish the terminology between materials-tools! They have a extinguisher tech performing annuals/5yr inspections when he isnt able to fill out the paperwork for the report & signing his name ILLEGALLY to the system tags as he isnt licensed let alone has NO KNOWLEDGE/training of what he is inspecting. The owners do not posses even the BASIC knowledge of the fire sprinkler trade. They partnered with someone in the trade to add to their hood systems/extinguisher business & tried to keep it going after said guy left. Scott has previously failed with 2 other personal businesses & desperately is trying to dig his self out of a sink hole of debt. Leaving employees unable to even collect a check some weeks or having to withdraw from his personal account to deposit in his business account. Yet his wife & him still indulge in expensive vacations without concern of his struggling employees. Over everything the most immoral disturbing habits is him sending UNLICENSED & UNTRAINED techs to do these jobs(that RARELY end up in clients returning for any future projects other than the initial contract he fools them into@the beginning) He lacks the knowledge to even be aware of the gravity of IMPORTANCE this trade provides with SAVING lives by PREVENTING fires by callously providing services in a field he has no training, knowledge, nor employees with sprinkler training to perform the installations, inspections, etc. I urge you to ALWAYS ask for credentials & certification when contracting from ANY company!
