Easily the worst experience with a service rep especially in the events/equipment rental space. Not only was he rude but also asked for proof that he denied once provided. His management provided me a refund and offered to deliver on the service for free which is kind of them, but I do not trust working with this vendor. I will add that there are significantly better options for equipment rental that are cheaper with much better service-- just keep surfing Yelp.

From the initial email correspondences, pricing, invoicing, payment and day of setup/breakdown, everything was seamless. There was a problem with electricity and flooding due to recent rains, but Steve communicated with me his needs and between us we were able to get all we needed and had a contingency backup plan too.
