Do not spend a single dime on this company. Jordan is the biggest scam artist and liar. I booked him for my wedding after my original sessions with the company and I was supposed to receive wedding photos and video. I kept asking for a contract and he never sent me one after countless times that I asked for it. I never received any video footage of my wedding and the pictures that I did receive were not edited at all and such poor quality. He spent most of my wedding trying to get more business from my guests and handing out business cards instead of taking pictures during the reception. Sure my original sessions ended up working out but that is his way of making you trust him. Follow your gut and steer clear of this thief. Absolutely the worst. I purchased a Groupon deal for this company. The deal was for a 60 minute photo session and 10 edited photos for $40. We met Jordan the photographer at a park near La Sierra in Riverside on January 26, 2020, and he took several photos of us and insisted that they were so good that we would definitely want all of them, which would cost an additional $80. I hadn't looked at the pictures but I paid him right there for all of them through a Zelle transfer. A few weeks passed and I could not get a hold of him to get a status on our pictures. After several phone calls and text messages, he finally answered and sent a link for the pics. The majority of them were awful, you can tell that he is very much an amateur, most of them were either very dark or had bright flashes in the middle of the faces. But I was able to choose some that I wanted to be edited, per our Groupon deal. I sent them back to him the following day and as of today, have not received any edited photos back. He refuses to answer the phone or respond to any text messages. Jordan also told us several stories during our shoot that seemed made up; he said he wasn't married and never had been and even gave us a story about his girlfriend moving to Japan and then when I finally looked at this company's Yelp page, I noted that his own wedding photos were a part of the business photos, which have now been removed. We had an appointment scheduled today, 11/25 at 10:30am. After several unreturned calls and texts, we got tired of waiting for the photographer to show. I am shocked by the unprofessionalism exhibited by this business/photographer. It is now two hours later and we have still not received an "I'm sorry, let's reschedule" or anything. We made an appointment a week in advance. It was my 3 year old daughters birthday and my wife an I took the day off so that we could make it at 11:30AM as scheduled. It was 98 degrees and we got there 20 minutes early and sat in the heat for an hour and a half. Clown never showed up, old nasty building was locked up, he never answered his phone and never replied to text. Two days later and we still have never heard back from them. Not even a sorry,or some bad lie. What a total waste of day getting ready and wasting our entire day. We ended up at JC penneys today for half the price and no lies or scammers. Me and my grandson and son had a great time having our pictures take. Jordan made us feel relaxed and at ease having our pictures taken.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst experience of my life. I had my Sons 1st Birthday Photos taken by Jordan and this was On September 6th, 2019 and still haven't received anything from him besides the Un edited pictures that he wanted me to choose which one to edit even through I paid extra to get them all edited. And the pictures didn't even come out good at all. This was a big milestone in my Sons life that I can't retake now and can't get back. Jordon will not return my texts or calls. And when he did before he promised that he would send them right to me and never did. This is the worst company ever. He had told me to meet him a few times to get my photos and never showed up. And then when he finally meet me he didn't even bring my pictures only a few printed out and they looked like you printed them from a house printer that was really bad. When you hire him he will tell you to make a great review for him before you even see the pictures or else he won't work hard on your pictures to make them look good or he will just take his time and not worry about them at all. I post a review on group on for him and then I get this treatment. I will never hire this company again and I hope no one will ether because I wouldn't want this to happen to you ether. I RECOMMEND TO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Jordan is very unprofessional. The first round of photos were horrible, we had to reshoot our family session again. Jordan did come out to reshoot, but we felt he rushed us again. We have received our unedited photos, but we were promised 10 edited photos and we still have not received them after several attempts to reach Jordan. AVOID: CON ARTIST! This business is a total scam. You will NEVER get your photos despite paying extra $, tipping and making multiple attempts to contact the business. We bought a photography package through Groupon, and Jordan met us for a family photo shoot. He was friendly and promised to give us our photos within a few days. After a couple weeks passed, we asked him why we still hadn't received them. From that point on, he made excuse after excuse, each more colorful and outlandish than the one before. Eventually, he stopped returning our calls and texts. To get our photos, we (stupidly) paid him an extra $87 in cash on top of the $42 Groupon deal! It was only after not hearing back from him that we checked out his Yelp reviews and realized who we were dealing with. Beware that the Groupon reviews are positive, likely because Jordan asks customers to review his services BEFORE they actually receive the photos! If you read the Groupon reviews you'll notice that no one got the photos, but they are "looking forward" to receiving them. Seriously, AVOID at all costs unless you have both money and time to burn. read more

How is this guy still doing business? I scheduled maternity pics with Jordan for my wife and I and based on the other reviews here, I'm surprised he showed up. We paid for a 1 hour session but after showing up 15 minutes late, he only lasted 30 minutes. I didn't complain because he did take a ton of pics so I was hopeful at that point. Then he got us to pay an additional $35 so he can send us all the pics he took. I thought it was a good deal so I didn't mind paying the extra money. He then promised he would send all pics within a week. He didn't. I kept getting excuse after excuse after excuse why he was taking forever. What a lazy bum. The funny part was that via text, he would then try to sell me another photo session, all while still not providing us with the pics we paid for. After about a month of trying to get this guy to do his job, I ended up submitting credit card disputes for both payments that I made to him. My bank, as always, came through and refunded me the money. As for Jordan, good riddance! read more
