I emailed, called, and texted after seeing on the website that orders are confirmed within 24 hours, but I received no response. Over a week later, I was informed that my order could not be fulfilled due to a $125 delivery minimum, which was never communicated upfront. Being notified so close to Christmas Eve left me scrambling to find another rental company. Super happy with the service! The rentals were clean, and the team was very professional. They have the cutest little tables and chairs, which not a lot of vendors offer. They were prompt and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were also very accommodating with my changing event dates, which I really appreciated. The only feedback I would give is slightly quicker response times (but that's coming from someone who likes to know things right away). I would definitely recommend this company. Asked for a quote on yelp and got a fast response. Price was reasonable and in line with competitors. The advantage of Jumpy Jumps is how much better they are about pick up and drop offs. Several companies would only guarantee me 1 hour set up before and 1 hour pick up after my party. They also had 4-5 hour drop off windows. Here I got a 2 hour drop off window and they brought it the day before because it wasn't booked for that day and picked up the morning after. It made it so easy and convenient! The jumper was pristine and they even wiped it down after setting it up. Tables and chairs were all in fantastic condition.
