This review is for the 111 Smoke + located at 72624 El Paseo Suite 6C in Palm Desert, California. But since I couldn't find that one of their 5 locations (http://www.smokeshop111.com/smokeshop111catcity.html), I'm going to write the review here. The salesman helping me and my wife out was great. There were a few people ahead of us taking their time and he came over and told us what was taking so long. We told him it was no problem at all and that when it was our turn we'd need the same kind of help as well. Well, once it was our turn, the salesman was great. I asked about a few water pipes and gave him a price range. Naturally, the first one my wife picked out turned out the be the winner. I was pleased to see such quality glass on glass water pipes, for a reasonable price. As I was checking out, my wife threw in a candy bar at the last second. The salesman told us it was on him and to forget about it. FREE CANDY FTW! Would definitely come here again and recommend it and presumably its other 5 locations to everyone else! read more

This review is long overdue. I found this smoke shop last year when I moved to Cathedral City. I was very uneducated about the variety of different products that were available and of Smoke Shops in general. I hate to admit but was intimidated by just going in to a shop. From my first visit the owner instantly made me feel very comfortable. I asked about different products and their uses and never has he made me feel "uncomfortable or stupid" I tend to ask alot of questions and he always takes the time to thurly explain the pros and cons of the product and truly gives me his honest opinion even if it is a possible loss in sales to him. I have gone to other stores and have been very dissatisfied. Even on Amazon you can't be 100% sure that the product will live up to it's hype. This smoke shop totally sucks. I came here to buy a cigarette sneak a toke 1 hitter pipe. I buy this kind of pipe usually about once a month this idiot wanted charge me 10 dollars for it when you can get that same type anywhere else for 2 to 5 dollars I think you trying to rip me off because I'm blonde and there's no prices on the things he was really rude to me when I told him that I thought it was expensive this guy is a meanie and definetley over charges on the pipes read more

They rip people off! Went in to buy some rolling papers, totally ignoring the fact they were covered in dust I decided to purchase them. He didn't like the fact that I said that $4 for a pack of papers was a bit pricey. He then told me to go somewhere else to buy them and that I had "insulted his store". I gladly left his overpriced dusty papers on the counter then drove down the street to another smoke shop and purchased them for $2. As soon as I mentioned if I could get a better deal he got offended and I walked away in such a rude way. I would never go here. It is expensive and the man there is rude af. I was looking for a smoke shop in cathedral city and I decided to ignore all the negative reviews and give this place a shot but I have to agree with everybody the guy there has some serious anger issues and very rude and the place is a mess I asked him if he could give me a discount on one of his E Cig batteries and he started yelling at me he said do you know how much this cost?
