Pickup time was 2:15pm (45min later) after being told somebody will pick me up in 20 min i call MTM they were also tood 20 min too 30 min later I call & its a accident on the highway MY SON IS AN ISP OFFICER! NO ACCIDENT NO WHERE!!! A hour later this lil fat dude smelling like weed with his game controller on the floor board of the van picks me up & had to use the bathroom when he did get there. I am severely disabled so I booked way in advance. Upon arriving at the airport I called to check and they first said they couldn't find my reservation then I said I already paid and also it was that same person that I booked with. Eventually they found the reservation. They picked me up. The ride was fine and the driver was fine. However I booked them to pick me up to bring me back to the airport days in advance and they called me 30 minutes before they were supposed to pick me up to tell me they were going to be an hour late. This is a problem because I had a flight I needed to catch and being disabled it takes while to get through security. I eventually found another company that could give me a ride and that saved the day. Also the second company was less expensive and they had a much newer nicer vehicle. Much cleaner.
