No one answered the phone when calling for cab ride transportation to the airport. My wife then…read morebooked a cab for a 3:15 AM appointment online. We waited until 3:35 AM and no cab showed to pick us up. We then had to drive our personal vehicle and pay for parking at the airport, so we didn't miss our flight, as we were going on vacation. When calling Ace Cab when back home, they said that the online service is only for daily rides to go back and forth from work. All of our info. was in their system, and we were even given a confirmation number. I think they are a poor excuse for a cab service, and we will not be using them anymore. I think everyone should be wary of using them as well. I give them an F for failure to resolve our issue.
