Pickup time was 2:15pm (45min later) after being told somebody will pick me up in 20 min i call MTM they were also tood 20 min too 30 min later I call & its a accident on the highway MY SON IS AN ISP OFFICER! NO ACCIDENT NO WHERE!!! A hour later this lil fat dude smelling like weed with his game controller on the floor board of the van picks me up & had to use the bathroom when he did get there. I have my timeline set around this kids daycare(THE BABY WAS OUTSIDE, THE NEIGHBORS GIT HIM IN). DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO GET YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT & BACK HOME. In the week leading up to the event, I made multiple attempts to confirm details and received no response. Then, just a few hours before the scheduled pickup on the day of the event, I was informed they would not "be able to make it." This left me scrambling to arrange transportation for 20 people with almost no notice. I was forced to book another company at a higher cost, resulting in a significant additional out-of-pocket expense. I requested: * A refund of my $100 deposit After receiving no response, I followed up multiple times - still no response. The company posted on Facebook that the business had closed and that refunds would be issued within 10-15 business days after January 12. That timeframe has now passed. I followed up again on February 2 requesting a concrete update and received no response. I also attempted to request the refund via Cash App but was unable to process the request. As of today, I have not received any refund or communication. The same-day cancellation and the failure to issue promised refunds or respond to repeated professional outreach are extremely concerning. If anyone has additional contact information for the owners or insight into how refunds are being handled, I would appreciate the information.

I can not recommend Once Upon A Party Bus more! Was looking around for a limo/bus just for a fun…read morenight of bar hopping with friends. I shopped a few different places. I spoke with Hope here, who was super nice and answered all my questions. Between the customer service she provided and the pricing, I decided to go with them, and I'm super glad I did! The bus is absolutely awesome. Lots of room, cool lighting, and it even has a bar with space for drinks. Our driver Ron was super fun and accommodating. He even recommended a couple of places to go around where we were. Such a great experience with this company. Will definitely use them when I need a party bus again!

Hidden Gem! I love this place! Okay, so where I purchased my Benz can be quite expensive to repair…read more(of course), but the owner of this center worked for on Benz's at my dealership for over 30 years, so of course he know these vehicles. Not only that, but the service was excellent. I didn't feel as if they were out to take advantage of me re:cost, but they were very attentive and reasonable. More reasonable than the dealership. I was recommended to them by several friends/family that owns Benzs and he only works on these. I am so glad I found them and I was very satisfied with the work they have done. Of course I will definitely be back!
