This class was by far the best barre class I've ever taken! The instructor, Juliana, was so welcoming, motivating and knowledgeable on proper form and technique. The class was a perfect mix of barre work, mat work, and weighted exercises - the hour class flew by. I feel like this would be a perfect place for barre beginners since it's much less intimidating than the typical vibe at pure barre, but is also an incredible, advanced work out for people who have taken barre previously. I'm so sad I don't live closer to the barre effect. I'll definitely be coming back to this studio any time I'm in the area!

Every movement is intentional and deeply effective. She has an exceptional understanding of the body, using her own mechanics to reach and relieve tension in ways I've never experienced elsewhere. She walks around the room, provides individual feedback, and makes sure everyone is performing movements safely and correctly. It's clear that she genuinely cares about everyone in the class and wants them to succeed. What sets Angela apart is her energy, attentiveness, and motivation. She is loud and clear when giving instructions, so everyone can easily hear and follow along throughout the workout. Yoga has made the largest most important impact in my life. It has given me strength I didn't know I had. Offered me refuge when I needed it the most. And done something for me that is so important it is hard to put into words- forced me to make time for myself and made me take a deep look inward. None of this would have been possible without Absolute Yoga. All of the instructors bring a little something different to the mix yet they each share the same philosophy of guidance, support and encouragement. Even when they are kicking your ass, they are pushing you to push yourself all the while encouraging you to recognize your own boundaries. If you haven't attend a class, it is long overdue.

They always push me to be stronger, set intentions, and leave it ALL ON THE MAT. I love the variety of classes and the schedule so I can always pick a class that's convenient for me.
