These folks blew my expectations out of the water. Sneaking my wife to Cleveland for a few days as a surprise anniversary trip, I reached out to the team at 12th Street Florist to find out if they could deliver to our hotel for Thursday afternoon (mind you, this was Wednesday evening) and what information they would need. Not only did they make it easy for me to have the arrangements delivered but they were timely with all the detail I provided for the hotel and probably the most beautiful display of roses I have seen in a long time. They were delicately placed in our room which was a total surprise to her and made of the freshest roses and accents I've seen. As I write this, they don't even look a day old, and it will be a week on Thursday. I always get deliveries from here to work and they always brighten my day! I have had long stem roses, easter bouquet's, just about everything you can imagine and they are always beautiful. The flowers I have today smell so good my entire office is permeated with their wonderful scent. They always come in a vase with a pretty bow on the outside. Why five stars? Wow, why has no one ever told me about this floral shop? I had a friend of mine surprise me with an absolutely beautiful fall bouquet from this floral shop. It was a beautiful delivery, just sitting on my doorstep when I came home. The bouquet itself was huge- with incredibly fresh flowers and beautiful colors- it was simply a beautiful arrangement. What has astonished me over these past few weeks is that the flowers have stayed fresh and good....for a solid three weeks! I often will go to the market and get fresh flowers from there....only to have them die and wither away within a week. Three weeks! And the flowers still look like new- I don't know what they do to their flowers here, but it's pretty amazing. Three weeks with only changing the water three times (and no plant food, just sprinkling a little vinegar and sugar in the water). I have purchased a dozen roses for delivery to my wife's work for several years now. It has always been a pleasant experience dealing with 12th Street Florist, until today. I ordered a dozen lavender roses to be delivered today. Don't get me wrong they are beautiful, and they should be for $73.39, but they are clearly pink colored roses with lavender accents. So, I called 12th Street Florist and explained the incorrect order my wife had received. Instead of addressing the mistake the female told me they were lavender roses she received. I told her no, they are clearly pink. She then placed me on hold to check my order to confirm I ordered lavender roses. She then came back on the phone and told me I did order lavender roses. I told her those clearly are NOT lavender roses. She then became argumentative and insisted they are lavender. I told her that next year I will take my business elsewhere. I don't mind the order mix up because the flowers are beautiful, BUT own your mistake. 12th Street Florist just lost a yearly customer. read more

This is THE florist I use for my business needs and family gifts. I have used them for over 15 years and they have always delivered when they said they would and came with a beautiful flower arrangement or fruit basket--I just got a picture texted to me showing me that the roses I sent were still beautiful and it was two weeks! They send quality flowers and arrange them as you request--they can usually make the arrangement fit with what you want to spend and they make an effort to really come up with a design that fits your special requests.
