I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were never delivered. They had no excuse, it wasn't that they couldn't deliver them or anything they just said "Not sure what happened? Yeah looks like we never fulfilled this order. Looks like this happened to a lot of our Seven Hills orders. We can give you a discount on your next order?" Huh??? Why would I order from you again? I had to call them to find out what happened. When I called, they were closed on Monday, their voicemail was full. They have no email. So I had to wait until Tuesday, 2 days later to call. I called a week prior to place my order and they said to order online, so I did. Not sure what else I could have done. They did seem somewhat apologetic but still... how do you just not deliver an order and not even know it either??? They should have delivered them on Tuesday for free at that point. read more

Apparently they don't want the business. Have you tried calling? Answer machine only and they don't return calls. That should have been my answer. When I finally connected (after leaving two messages and calling various times of the day hoping someone would answer) I placed our graduation order for our school's stage. I paid with credit card. On the day of graduation everything was set EXCEPT the flowers. I called to see if perhaps they were running late and got the answering machine (of course)! Find another florist. I was very impressed recently when I walked into this little flower shop. I wanted an arrangement to take to a couple who just lost their baby. They were understanding and made a beautiful arrangement at the price point I requested. The shop also offers 10% off if you check in on the Yelp app while there! There isn't much to the shop but I was very happy with the work that they did. Should I need flowers in that area again, I'd certainly return. read more

Placed an order on Thursday for a Father/Daughter Dance and was told it would be ready on Friday. Went to pick up on Friday and it wasn't done, told to come back Saturday between 9 and 2. They closed up shop at 1pm, left orders in the hall, none of which were mine, but yet my credit card was charged for the order that I NEVER got !! I will NEVER purchase from this florist shop again!!! They deserve negative star rating read more

Ordered flowers online for a funeral about 5 hours before it was set to start. The online ordering process was quick and easy. After ordering online, I realized I did not list a time for delivery. I followed up with a phone call to ensure they would be on time since I had waited to place my order until the day of. The person the the phone was helpful, and ensured me they would be there on time, which they were. The plant I ordered was not available and she offered to change it to something else, which was fine with me. The plant that they delivered was beautiful and looked even better than what I had ordered online. read more

Independence Florist created my bouquets for my wedding in July. I went in there with absolutely no idea of what I wanted! Laura walked me through some ideas and came up with some great ones. She had me come to back to actually show me the ideas, the different types of flowers and what her thoughts were. The day of my wedding when I saw my bouquet and the bridesmaid's bouquets I was blown away. They were better than I ever imagined. I would recommend them to anyone.
