First she helped me choose the jewelries, which took the longest time within the appointment slot because the shop has SO MANY more than their online shop website. I was led to a private room where I felt very safe, and Sasha prepared thoroughly, mapping out the place to pierce and made sure I was happy with them. The actual piercings were over so fast and Sasha understood perfectly well what kind of pain I was feeling for each piercings, and for some reason that made it less painful. Jess is AMAZING!!! Jess is super nice and made me feel really comfortable from the beginning I stepped into the shop until I left. I came in yesterday to purchase jewelry for my conch because I thought I had lost it by accident, but it turns out it was jammed inside the piercing hole Jess was able to remove it with no problems at all and suggested a longer post for my piercing hole to heal and allow space for swelling which was then installed. I've been here two times now...the first for a jewelry change and although they could not accomodate us at the time they were incredibly nice. wow. I had a consultation appointment for an earlobe piercing that i seen was closed in the back. I had Sasha and again ... WOW. She was extremely welcoming, super easy to talk to, and even finished before i noticed! She told me we could just reopen it and we did it right then and there. Consultations are free but i did buy a pair of titanium flat back studs for about $100 but worth it for my sensitive skin :) I would HIGHLY recommend her for your piercing necessities. I got my first tattoo by Amanda to honor my friend who passed and my beloved cat. I cried when I saw their rendition of what I wanted. They also helped me figure out the best placement and orientation and was not afraid to answer my many questions. When it comes to tattooing, Amanda is wonderful to work with from start to finish. Appointment signup, a process that can sometimes be convoluted, was very simple with Amanda. I heard back about a day later with inspiration photos and an appointment about three weeks out. (I was given the option to see them within a matter of days, but wasn't able to make it.) Then I arrived at 13 Bats, and Amanda's drawing of my three little gummi bears were even cuter than the inspiration photos. The tattooing itself was relaxing and chill; the chair was comfortable and there was 90s underground hip hop playing. After about two to three hours, my bears were tatted on me and I loved the results. It honestly could've been outside that range -- I was enjoying myself and not paying attention to time -- but the point is, it felt quick! During aftercare, Amanda was really gracious about responding to my DMs with answers to my questions. That made healing a breeze -- which is great for me, because I'm always more nervous about that phase than the needles! It is officially two weeks since I got tatted, and I can now wear short-sleeved shirts outside again. I will definitely be reaching out to Amanda for future tattoo projects! read more

AHHH my new favorite place to shop for body jewelry! I already have all the piercings I need (for now) so this is really a review for buying from their amazing earring collection. I called an booked an appointment before I went and when I did get there Sasha was behind the counter and waiting for me. They have a really cute/high quality selection for your piercings. She asked me what I was looking for and picked out this GEM for my left ear piercing in her first try. At first I figured I should at least give the other earrings a chance, but Sasha really hit the nail on the head. I was done in like five minutes. Right when I was checking out I kept asking to look at it again and asked if I could get a different color (changed my mind in the end) and Sasha was so patient with my indecisive self. I went in for my appointment and was indecisive with what jewelry I wanted (they have a TON of high quality gorgeous jewelry) and I was also trying to stay within my budget. She was so patient with me and helped me narrow it down so I could get what I wanted and not go over budget. The piercing was as painless as a piercing can be (nostril). Almost a week after the initial piercing I thought it may be at the beginning stages of embedding, and I was overthinking it so I DMed her on IG with some photos and she got back to me quickly, and had me come in.
