I've worked with a good amount of loan officers and mortgage loan teams, the past 20 years. I have to admit these guys deserve to be voted for The Best. 14 days to close wasn't a joke and I still don't know how they did it. With the pandemic going on, all processes have been delayed and taken much longer; it could drag from 45 to 90 days. Busy with work during day time, I could catch up with personal things and submit required documents only in the evening. Some nights, I sent answers and asked more questions really late. Surprisingly, Derek Ewing never failed to respond me almost immediately. Many times I was joking with Derek by saying he worked 24/7. We co-operated in the process and submitted everything ASAP. Jordan was personable and helpful. Only odd part about the phone call and texts was they all came in out of order. I received a call before the text message that said we will be calling you shortly and asking if I preferred text.
