My experience with the dispensary's customer service was incredibly disappointing. I had placed my order online and drove all the way to the dispensary, but upon arrival, I was informed that half of my requested items were not available. The staff claimed to have sent me a text notification about the situation, but I had never received it. As I waited, I overheard the staff gossiping about me, which made me feel quite disrespected. When I asked to see the text message they had allegedly sent, one of the staff members accused me of being rude, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. I had gone to the dispensary with the expectation of receiving what I had ordered, and the reality fell short of my expectations. Such an experience can leave a lasting impression. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Of the dozen places I have gone looking for clean, consistent, top quality medicine, 14er is the only place that offered me all of this as well as a knowledgeable and most importantly honest staff. 14er is tucked off the road in a discreet location with plenty of parking and a handicap accessible entrance. I went into this place totally unaware that it was a dispensary. It is tucked back behind the Randall Scott bike company and it looks tiny from the outside. When I got inside I could see that it was huge, oversized furniture and beautiful art everywhere. The subtly tucked bud bar in the back was bursting with 20+ all Top-Shelf strains, 20 kinds of food, 12 different hashes, 5 tinctures and an amazingly knowledgable staff. Avoid. Visited this establishment today and the nerd behind the counter (Sean) deemed my friend's license to be fake after looking through his "state licenses for dummies" book. Long story short, it wasn't fake. They called the local police and literally over an hour later the problem was sorted out. The officer walked in, glanced at the license and said it was real. Unfortunately the problem of the nerd has not been resolved. Actually he was more of a nerd/douche hybrid which resulted in a non euphoric experience. Go somewhere else. read more

First time going in, I was met with the gaze of a what seemed to be a snobby, pretentious, hipster scum. As he approached me with his curdled yet cliched handlebar mustache, I knew I hadn't made the right decision to come here. He had a very rude and uninterested tone, and did not speak with a good aura. The selection of medicine was good quality however, but the overall let down that was the bud tender gave off very negative vibes for the whole place. I will not be going again. This is my favorite dispensary. Customer service is terrific. Impressive product holding exceptional quality, grown with what seems to be a high level of integrity and sold at market standard prices. This place is a shining example of what a medical and recreational dispensary should be. Maybe they didn't drop a shameful amount of money into their store front to create a facade of quality for their customers, but then again they don't have to. This is the best dispensary in Boulder! If you haven't checked them out yet, stop on in. The most relaxing atmosphere and down to earth people I have met in the industry. They don't skimp on the strains either.... Hard to find strains like OG Kush are a regular on the menu. The hash is amazing, melts and bubbles as it should.
